I too had barely any symptoms for the entire first trimester - even with twins! No nausea, boobs were barely sore, didn't sleep a lot, not hungrier - nothing. All I felt was lack of energy (and I don't think that kicked in until 9-10 weeks) and the occasional queasy afternoon where I didn't have an appetite. I spent so much time worrying about lack of symptoms that I barely enjoyed my good fortune in feeling good.

Of course your worrying is completely understandable - but many women don't get symptoms at all (and certainly not necessarily so early). So: try not to stress! And congratulations on your pregnancy!

I've read a number of times that a lot of women don't experience morning sickness (whether it involves actually being sick or just nausea) until about 6 weeks. Other than nausea and fatigue, I didn't have any symptoms either, even later on. I know it's easier said than done, but do your best not to worry and just enjoy being pregnant and feeling good.
