Prenatal Yoga in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisconsin?
Does anyone know of a good prenatal yoga program in Northern Illinois? We live about 60 miles north west of Chicago, just south of the Wisconsin border, in McHenry County. My clinic recommended prenatal yoga for me as a way for me to try to relax a bit, but the classes they offer are in downtown Chicago on Monday nights which will never work for me.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it!
