If it is implantation bleeding, I think then it is too early for positive with POAS.
Hang in there. Can you have your BETA tomorrow or Saturday? Can you call your doc and ask for earlier BETA?

I'm already losing hope and crying. I just can't take this anymore!

I called the nurse and she said to not POAS until Sunday, the day before my beta. She told me not to change the date of the beta because that's the best day to get an accurate test.

It's so hard to hang in there! How am I going to get through the next 3 days? UGH...

Listen to your nurse and do not use anymore poas's until Sunday. I did the same as you and it was a BFN. I'll try it again on Sunday. So let's hold out together. Do something fun tonight, what I don't know? Anything but poasing. Hang in there!

You did??? We are totally doing everything the same!!!

Yeah, nurse told me to not test again until Sunday, but I've heard of SO many people getting faint lines at this early date. I had NO TRACE of a 2nd line. Did you?

Okay we'll hold out together. PM me if you want! I can also give you my email address so we can email directly. I know it's Labor Day weekend but I'm home all weekend (just waiting it out) and I can check email regularly.

Hey Jen - And anyone else who may be interested. I don't know the date of this press release/article, but it certainly made me feel better! Says it's way to early to test and that 50% of women will get a false negative when testing before the date of their missed period.

I POAS at 7dp3dt and got a faint BFP...it got darker at 8dp3dt and so on...I was testing early to prepare in case I got a BFN as I had sore (.) (.)...I did not want to lose it on the phone with RE office when they delivered bad news and to my surprise it was BFP...I am 15 weeks preggo with fraternal twins and had a high first beta (547 at 13dp3dt) and still got a very faint line at 7dp3dt...it may just be too early for your BFP to show up....I would say to listen to the nurse and if you want to then POAS Sunday when she said it was ok...Best of Luck come Sunday!!! I will be waiting anxiously to hear about your BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it could have been implantation bleeding for me and that could have been why I got a BFN because it's too early to detect the hormone? Or maybe I could be pregnant with 1 and it's too early to detect the hormone? I'm trying SO HARD to not let that **** BFN ruin my long weekend...

Don't let it ruin your weekend at all!!! There are so many reasons why you may have gotten a BFN...

The baby could be a late implanter and the level is low right now as it is too soon to test....You could be prego and the level just not high enough to show up yet...some HPT are more sensitive than others to the HCG hormone...I believe First Response Early test picks up 25 HCG while some are 30 or even higher....faulty test...false negative...the list goes on and on

Please try not to worry...it's not over until it's over and right now it's a little brown blood and nothing more....plenty of women have had spotting in the 2ww in this forum and are now pregnant or have delivered their babies....never give up hope sweetie!!!!

I took a first response HPT - the pink box. Isn't that the best one? I always took ClearBlue digital, but they always came back negative, so I was scared to use that again. How stupid - like changing the brand of HPT could magically create a BFP. The things I think sometimes!

I had assisted hatching this time, for the first time. And I was thinking that with AH the embryo would implant SOONER because it got some help. Maybe not? I don't know. Why else would I spot when I have never ever spotted before after 6 IUIs and 2 IVFs. It's GOT to be something, RIGHT?

If I didn't have the spotting, I'd be thinking this didn't work at all. The spotting is what's making me a little more positive that maybe it did work. I just wish I hadn't taken that HPT!

I don't think you are far off....while changing tests will not "give you" a BFP some require higher levels to show a BFP and using a more sensitive test will show that beautiful result sooner than others...I think the test you used is the best one...I know there is a website that compares the tests but I can't remember it for the life of me...

We are all here for eachother in this forum...I could not have made it through my infertility and IVF without the support I found here and even though I am prego now I like to try and help those that are in need as so many women did for me...and when you do get that BFP (soon, I just know it) you will find so much support from the same women with pregnancy stuff...this site is such a blessing!!

I am doing wonderful and just can't wait to find out the sex of my babies!!!

If you need anyting I am here for you...I pray that after all you have been through that this is your time!! The AH is new, the blood is new and now all we need is a BFP and you are on your way!!!!

You are SO thoughtful. Thank you!

I spotted on Friday in the morning and then nothing. But when I woke up today, I am spotting even more, but not like a period (Thank God...so far). I don't know if I should be psyched or pissed.

I did not POAS this morning. I thought I would wait until tomorrow because if it's BFN I don't feel like crying for two days. I'd rather start crying as late as possible.
