I would definitely think that you have at least two in there. My beta 12dp5dt was 720 and I am having triplets!

We received the results of our 2nd BETA today-- 2099. Our RE doesn't do a 3rd BETA unless today's results did not increase at least 66% for our 1st BETA. As of today, we are 14dp5et. We'll have our first US on 09/18.

 Me: 35 MTHFR hetero, no other issues DH: 33 Perfect Etienne , Jake , Sam (cats) Maggie (iguana)TTC #1: 2 yrs 2 m/c (Aug '06 and Jan '07), 1 ectopic pg (lost left tube) 5 IUI's 5/27: beta #1: 716!!!! (17dpo) Natural cycle!5/29: beta #2: 1885!!!!  6/1: early u/s-1 sac/yolk 6/9: u/s#2-saw and heard hb! 114 bpm. Measuring 6w2d 6/17: u/s #3- hb 154 bpm. Measuring 7w3d 7/1: u/s #4- hb 161 bpm. Measuring 9w4d 7/9: first OB appt.-u/s #5- hb 152 bpm. Measuring 10w4d 7/17-NT scan-everything looks great! Measuring 11w6d 8/14-quad screen (quick gender check): IT'S A BOY!!! 9/4- Level II u/s. Ours was 765 16 dpo (11dp5dt) and ended up with twins on the 6w u/s. So, I think you have a good shot at more than one!
I think in many cases the high betas which turn out to be singleton may be early vanishing twins. So you can never tell until that first ultrasound how many are cooking in the oven.

4 children from my 20's before tubal ligation Had 3 IVF 's in in 2001 to 2002 all ended in June 2008 4th IVF 5th IVF in Sept..... Acupunture, omega's and vit's. Aug 10, 2008 started taking BCP's Sept 2 , 2008 going in b/w & u/s ,starting Lupron Sept 4, 2008 going in b/w , may start taking stims Sept 12, 2008 Egg Retrieval Sept 17 Egg Transfer Sept 26, 2008 Beta HCG 85Oct 3, 2008 HCG 2328 U/S on 10/13 We got 3 Baby A heartbeat was 105 and Baby B was 125, Baby C ? U/S on 10/20 ER U/S 10/29 Baby A 158, Baby B 163, and Baby C 179 Baby C  due to SR.......you will always be loved and missed..........mommy & daddy

Hi Latlasan,
Yes, I have had minimal symptoms since I found out I was pregnant. I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant now. To be honest, after my 2nd IVF I was watching closely to see if I ended up with the same symptoms as my twin sister who is currently pregnant, but that never happened. I thought our 2nd cycle was going to be a negative until I started reading more about less common symptoms. I was shocked when we started getting a positive HPT starting with day 6. My symptoms during the 2WW were: sporadic runny nose, hot flashes, increased bowel movements, some very mild, short lived cramping and a mildly upset stomach. I thought for sure I'd have sore boobs, but that still hasn't come into play for me and I am over 4 weeks pregnant now. I can tell my boobs are filling out, but I haven't had the painful boobs like I normally do when I am PMSing. My BETA levels both times have been high which makes this seem even crazier to me. My twin is pregnant with a singleton and has had a lot more prego symptoms. I am sure things will start changing for me, but so far so good for me!!!

holly me: 27 PCOS dh: 30 perfect! 2006 6 BFN cycles 1 ended in blighted ovum2007 April IUI w/gonal F 5/22 - 6/5 &6/13 - US 7/3 - heard heart beat 140 bpm told everyone! 8/29 - US-boy with many abnormalities  9/5 - D&E  2008 2/18 - 3/25 - d&c for twins. 6/1 - day 1 of cycle...  6/13 convert to IVF HCG shot 6/15 17 retrived, 5 fertilized 6/18 transfered 2 7/3 1st beta 788!!! 7/5 2nd beta 1643 7/16 1 little bean! 124 bpm 7/22 2nd ultrasound 153 bpm 8/6 1st ob appt --- heard heartbeat, told the world! 8/27 ERA: went fabulous!! 9/2 OB appointment

Don't worry about symptoms lots of women don't experience anything even pg with twins. Can't wait to hear about your u/s
