Ok, I am gearing up for a new cycle in October and wanted to get some info from you ladies that have done acupuncture.

Please let me know when you started? how often did you go? and did you go for a treatment on ER and/or ET days?

I appreciate any information you can give me.

I went once a week for about 7 weeks leading up to my IVF...once we started the Lupron etc I continued once a week and went the day before ER and the day before ET...and then after 3 days of bed rest went again...I waited until I got my BFP (from Beta) and then went once every 10 or so days through my first trimester....hope that helps!!!

Sorry about your cycle. I was pulling for you! For my first and second ivf I did accunpuncture just during the cycle, including b4 and after transfer.

This past cycle I started accunpuncture back in March and did it every week and then b4 and after transfer.

I also must mention that I took bee pollen/royal jelly since March and had the best quality embryos out of all my cycles. I am also MUCH more relaxed than I ever have been.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you in October!

Thanks ladies. I appreciate the info. I plan to make an appointment sometime this week and I started taking RJ the day of my . Since this is my last chance for a , I am trying to do what ever it takes to make it work. Not that I didn't before, but I didn't know there was an acupuncturist in my area until the week of my ER last cycle. I also didn't know about the RJ.
