BSN I just got home and got online to check on you... I am soooo sorry to hear this... I was really hoping this baby was a late implanter... I will keep you in my prayers and please don't give up on trying for a baby... Thinking you my friend....

Sarahmommy- Congrats on graduating!!!!! Isn't that such a good feeling... I met Dr.Z recently, he was the doc who actually just did my last transfer bc kriener was out. He is very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortuntaley i got a BFN last monday...AF is here in full force!!! We our giving it one last shot in the fall, so lots of prayers are needed!!! Mandy911- Happy birthday to your daughter!!!!! 18 i can't image going through the teen years...having a diffucult time with my two year old lol!!!! Mews- I am sooo sorry to hear bout the other twin!!! That has to be such a bittersweet situation, sad but xcited at the same time. My prayers go out to you and your wife and that miracle baby growing!!!!!!!! Enci- It only takes ONE!!!!!!!!! xtra prayers for you!!!! Bothsideshow- No words, just A BIG HUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks all for your words of encouragement on my embies. I am trying to feel hopeful. It is hard knowing this is our last shot at this. I know it only takes one. I know I have two. And I am trying to set aside my fear and live in a more positive mode!

Me- 39, autoimmune disease but otherwise healthy, DH- 39 low count, low motility but enough that an IUI should work TTC since January 2007 8 IUIs 1/2009 moving on to IVF IVF #1 3/3 trigger shot, 10 follicles, 5 mature 3/5 ER scheduled with ICSI 3/6 3 fertilized 3/8 ET 1-8 cell 1-7 cell 1-5 cell 3/9 commencing 2WW! 3/18 (9 days into the 2ww) grow baby grow! 3/26 (18 dp3dt) Beta 1240 4/1 (24 dp3dt) Beta >10,000 4/16 saw the heartbeat and graduated to the regular OBGYN! 5/11 started bleeding- saw the baby in distress with probable genetic issues- barring a miracle were not going to have our baby 5/15 lost our baby girl. Filled with sadness. IVF #2 5/30 started BCP again 6/30 lupron 7/11 stims 7/19 only 4 follies, and had the flu- converted to IUI 8/6 IVF #3- lupron flare 8/98/10 microdose lupron e2 32 8/12 450 follistim 8/17 day 6 of stims, 3 follies on the R, Left Ovary on walkabout 8/24 6 eggs retrieved, 5 were mature, only 2 fertilized with ICSI

BSN: I am very, very sorry for your loss. You need to take the time you need right now to rest, grieve and eventually to heal. Treat yourself well. If possible, take some time off. Your body is going through a lot, in addition to all the emotional issues. It does get better, very slowly. You CAN do this.
AFM: I am going to my RE tomorrow for a followup ultrasound after my M/C on August 11th. I am hoping to see healing, and nothing that looks like it will require a D&C. Bloodwork this morning - praying that my beta numbers are dropping. I've been getting acupuncture and I start therapy on Monday with a Ph.d who specializes in women's issues and grief counseling. This is my second week back at work. Things get easier, but are still hard. Just today, my secretary (who knows I was out of work due to the m/c) told me I was "pushing 40!" and someone at an after-work event grilled me with "when are you starting a family?" b.s. until I told her,"Look, I actually lost my pregnancy two weeks ago!" and then she started crying. Ugh!

Mews: so sorry to hear about the other twin. That sounds very sad. I agree however that it is great that the other one seems to be thriving. I wish you all the best for a successful rest of pregnancy! Almost Erin: My thoughts are also with you, as it is a terrible thing to go through a m/c. I remember being told by one of our good friends aferter my 1st m/c....well you shouldn`t have told us about it before 3 mths anyway!! It was terrible, and made me feel even worse, and probobly set me back a few days in my grieving....anyway, sounds like you are getting the help you need to move one, and I wish you the best with that!! Hope everyone else is doing well....have a nice day!! AFM: Like everyone else who is pregnant, i would be happy to hve weekly u/s to monitor my little ones, but no such luck....just have to go by my nausea and the sore (.)(.)!
