Please don't think I forgot about you, I just didn't receive my beta until just now. Of course the lab screwed up and never sent the results. My RE had to track them down this morning. JOM, since I can't leave the house I will checking all day tomorrow waiting for your news. I didn't feel pg for a long time, so I wouldn't base anything on that. In fact, I was totally shocked when they said BFP, I had been preparing myself for BFN.

hey..whats goin on in here ? long time no see again ! well ive been busy with the family cant help it. Ive got a full house these days

ok I just briefly scrolled through the last few pages and OMG is JUDY and AMY pregnant now ???? ROCKKKKK ONNNNNNNNNNNNN ! IVF works ?!

Its November and its hard to believe that IVF # 2 is fast approaching for me too January is not too far away now!

But guess what ? my last period was September 25th and I havent had one since then....I was expecting another one October 25th...so that would make me 14 days overdue ? I had a funny metallic taste in my mouth before my period was due and this last week i've had nausea. When I eat something I feel like im gonna puke it out but I dont, I jus gag. Im really feeling different and I told my hubby ... could we be preggo ? he said its all in my head cuz he's heard this before when ive been like 10 days late for my period's a few times in the past.

I didnt take a HPT nor have I visited a doc for a blood test. Should I wait some more to see if it comes ?

Hey Nanoo!!!!! I would say take a cheap HPT and if you see a positive make an appt ASAP with an OB... I think you need to make an appt anyways... 2 weeks late is a long time... to you honey!!!!

Nanoo - TAKE AN HPT!!!!!! Don't leave us hanging like that! Friends of mine got pg after trying IVF. I think once the pressure was off, it happened. I agree with Mandy, though. If it is negative, call your doc's office. My cycle in September was 47 days long - way longer than normal. They ended up giving me something to bring it on. Last month it came on time. for surprising news!

Mary - My DD had H1N1 2 weeks ago. She tolerated Tamiflu great and was back to herself in about 6 days. My DH and I took Tamiflu preventively, then got the H1N1 vaccine injection last weekend. I read to gargle with warm salt water and use a Q-tip dipped in warm salt water and rub around the inside of your nostrils (or use a netty pot) and that will help. Not sure if it is true or not. I don't know where I read it, but it was a doctor who said it. Good luck and I hope you don't catch it.

AFM - I went to my appointment this morning and wouldn't ya know, the acupuncture 'tweak' yesterday worked! My lining went from a 5 on Thursday to a 9.5 today. She showed me the triple stripe, too. My follicle sizes were good and the RE told me to do my trigger sometime today. He said they would thaw the embies on Tuesday, with either a Thursday or Saturday transfer. He also said that may change if my LH level came back higher. Soooooo, we are watching my DD play the drums at the Please Touch Museum and the RE calls, himself. My LH was higher, so I have to back in tomorrow morning to check my blood again. This will determine if they have to thaw them on Monday instead of Tuesday, which pushes the transfer date up by one. What a roller coaster! My appointment is at 8am EST tomorrow and I will update you guys as soon as I am back.

On a side note, if anyone is ever visiting Philadelphia, with kids, I highly recommend The Please Touch Museum. It is really amazing and fun for all ages!

Hey guys! I had a busy day. My bff came over unexpectedly, and I told her the news, even though I wanted to wait until after the first u/s.

It took forever to get my bloodwork done! I waited over an hour at the lab to get drawn. (Outside lab). Then I kept calling the clinic to see if they recieved it, and they did, but they said all the nurses were really busy! I was on the phone and on hold for really long. I think it took them 2 hours after my first call to get an answer.

Mandy: What does it mean to have a 32.69 hour increase?

April: I was going to call you too, but I was out shopping with my bff also!

On the twin discussion...I hope there's two! But we'll just see! Again, DH is close to having a heart attack after hearing this second beta. He wants only one for now. What a sucker!
