Amy - I would speak to your re about taking any meds over the counter or perscribed. I cant see how anyherbal dr can actually know what to take for each symptom. Its just like those weight loss medications. I do believe that some herbals can help with colds and certain things but not to prevent M... I mean my MIL tells me not to eat to much cinnamon becuz back in the day thats what women took to abort...Enjoy your pregnancy and try not to stress to much you lil angels are growing and they need mommy to relax...

JOM - I know you had a low beta last time but each time is different and my beta was 21 and i am now 5mths...I will pray for a higher beta tomorrow.

Nanno - take HPT and call your ob but let us know whats going on too. please dont leave us hangin...

Mary - I hope dd gets better quick, in the meantime try not to touch your face. im going to post something i got by email.

Today i had my yard sale and made $100 lets see what happens tomorrow. The babyshower we went to was really nice but it was more like a drunken party( which made me want to have a drink). we didnt have cake or see games or presents. the party started at 4 and we left at 9 and people we still partying...but omg there was so much food. im soo tired and my feet hurt....

Well I am going to do another IVF.... I am on BCP's now and have an appt with my RE on the 18th... retrieval and transfer will be early Dec... so it has been non stop for me.... Joe is doing really good... he goes in on Monday to get his cast off and hoping the doctor gives him a release to go back to work.. so I promise to update all you ladies then, in the meantime just taking life one day at a time and trying to enjoy lifes simple pleasures.... to you dear... DID YOU TAKE A HPT YET!!!!!!!

Nanoo - TAKE AN HPT!!!!!! Don't leave us hanging like that! Friends of mine got pg after trying IVF. I think once the pressure was off, it happened. I agree with Mandy, though. If it is negative, call your doc's office. My cycle in September was 47 days long - way longer than normal. They ended up giving me something to bring it on. Last month it came on time. for surprising news!

Mary - My DD had H1N1 2 weeks ago. She tolerated Tamiflu great and was back to herself in about 6 days. My DH and I took Tamiflu preventively, then got the H1N1 vaccine injection last weekend. I read to gargle with warm salt water and use a Q-tip dipped in warm salt water and rub around the inside of your nostrils (or use a netty pot) and that will help. Not sure if it is true or not. I don't know where I read it, but it was a doctor who said it. Good luck and I hope you don't catch it.

AFM - I went to my appointment this morning and wouldn't ya know, the acupuncture 'tweak' yesterday worked! My lining went from a 5 on Thursday to a 9.5 today. She showed me the triple stripe, too. My follicle sizes were good and the RE told me to do my trigger sometime today. He said they would thaw the embies on Tuesday, with either a Thursday or Saturday transfer. He also said that may change if my LH level came back higher. Soooooo, we are watching my DD play the drums at the Please Touch Museum and the RE calls, himself. My LH was higher, so I have to back in tomorrow morning to check my blood again. This will determine if they have to thaw them on Monday instead of Tuesday, which pushes the transfer date up by one. What a roller coaster! My appointment is at 8am EST tomorrow and I will update you guys as soon as I am back.

On a side note, if anyone is ever visiting Philadelphia, with kids, I highly recommend The Please Touch Museum. It is really amazing and fun for all ages!

Kate I am soooo happy for your.... I have heard good things about accupuncture but I don't know any good ones in my area... and my clinic don't promote accupuncture.... I would love to go to Philly... I have a friend who lives about 4 hours from there... Can't wait to hear transfer date!!!!!

Judy normally your beta doubles every 48 to 72 hours.... this is the normal range however yours is doubling every 32 hours which is outstanding which would give a good indication you are having multiples!!!! I know April told you about the hours of doubling but she is busy trying on her leggings....lol so I answered your question for her!!!!!... LOVE YA APRIL!!!!

Oh and Amy your doubling time is 57.23... which is in the normal doubling range and I think it is awesome!!!!
