Mine starts that night, but it's a really really small amount. I am taking 10mg (or 2 little tic marks on the 3cc syringe)....so tiny amount.

The next 5 days it goes up until I get to a dosage of 50mg or 1cc on the 3cc syringe.....so a lot more than where I start from.

ok cool...i started with one suppository last night and now it's 3 each day.

i was wondering if that is what made me bleed...starting it too late, but it sounds like you started the day after too.

I start PEO 2 days after ER and take 1ml (I think that is right... ER 6/17, PEO 6/19). My progesterone level doesn't appear to be an area of concern.

I just booked our flights for the 20th and our hotel for a little vacation in Seattle Our donor starts meds tomorrow and I'm on my lupron and upping the dose estrogen dose tonight. All is on track and great I'm so excited. We start getting eggie updates on Wednesday (next) but our doc and embroylogist say she's a producer (they have always frozen at least 15) So good things should happen. I just have to rebuild a garage before I leave LOL (since no heavy lifting I'm doing it all now heh heh)

I'm so happy to read some BFPs on the board!!!!!! I sure hope I get to join you happy ladies!

[quote=farler05]We got our Day 5 embryo report today and it is freaking AWESOME!!! The goal is for the embryos to be at the morula or blastocyte stage at this point. We'll have our transfer tomorrow morning at 9:30AM!! I am just on top of the world right now!

That IS freaking AWESOME! Congratulations!!!!

Me, I finally just got the call from the nurse telling me that 8 of the 11 eggs they retrieved yesterday fertilized. I am so excited!!!!! I couldn't sleep last night for thinking and wondering how they were doing. She didn't have specifics yet but said i would be getting more detail tomorrow.

Congrats to the and good luck to everyone in their cycles.

yea that makes my day.

Back to work today, got sick to my stomach twice early at work, I guess I failed to notice that I wasnt supposed to mix dairy with the doxicycline. oops.
Note to everyone to check the meds.
Otherwise Im dragging at work, still sore from the ER yesterday.
Im looking more like the one who needs the therapy opposed to my patients.
LOL

Hooray for the lucky nine! I too am pretty sore from yesterday's retrieval. Its funny cuz I felt pretty okay afterwards yesterday, then when I woke up this morning was not feeling to great. Plus I am majorly bloated and actually had to unbutton my pants on the train on my way to work today.

Fert Report

Fert report:
2 BB's
3 BC's
1 DB

So tomorrow is transfer day! our 2 BB's stay strong for our ET tomorrow.

I've been reading the thread "List your IVF success" for inspiration, trying to hold out hope that embryos don't have to be perfect to have a successful outcome

Good Luck Kris and Cagirl2003 on your fert reports!

Deb - Congrats on you fert report! Hope your soreness goes away soon.

Heather - Will keep ing for your little ones! As I am sure you read, there are plenty of success stories with less than perfect embies!!

I just got a call from the dr. office and they told me to go ahead and take the ganirelix even though they don't have the bloodwork back (large follie at 17mm on day 5 of stims). She said they will call me later to let me know about meds, but expect to go back on Friday. Hopefully this is a good sign that I will be able to continue on with this cycle
