I start Lupron on 7/6. Suppression check on 7/16. Just around the corner and I'm freaking out a little. Here we go again...

Just realized that I asked the question and didn't give my own answer. I currently live in the San Francisco bay area, but I am originally from Waltham, MA. I'm a high school Spanish teacher, so this IVF is falling perfectly into my summer vacation. So happy for that!

ok i'll answer the thread question real quick: I'm from St. Louis, MO and I work in an admin position.

now I need prayers. a little off topic, but i need all i can get.

A few weeks ago a family friend, after being in remission from cancer in her spine found a brain tumor at the base of her skull. She had surgery last Tuesday and the tumor was found to be malignant. She is to start radiation soon as she has already had all the chemo they will let her have from her previous cancer. She went home on Thursday and was rushed back to the hospital by ambulance on Friday with a blood clot at the surgery site. She had repeat brain surgery on Saturday morning. To help control the bleeding they have her in a medically induced coma. The side effects of this brain bleed are not yet known. Please any and all prayers for her and her family would be greatly appreciated. With this kind of cancer issue we know that her odds are not good of living for more than a few months, but even if you could pray to have God let her live long enough to meet her first grandchild. Her oldest daughter is due in a few months. Thank you for the prayers.

Florida- I will be starting stims on Aug 14th. I will be skipping Lupron this time (thank goodness). I hope everyone is doing well.

Question- How soon after a cancled cycle should show? Its been 11 days since Re stopped my last cycle....still waiting!

AFM, I live in Jupiter, FL. Anyone else using IVF Florida??? (I already know that 1dayatatime goes to the exact same doctor!). I'm a realtor, and things have really been picking up in the last few months since interest rates are climbing... I had a terrific closing on Monday, and don't have much going on until tomorrow. DH just went out of town this morning so now I'm double bored....

No, I've always been very regular with 30 day cycles. I think the problem is that this is my first cycle after my first IVF. I've had this issue before after an IUI with injectibles, but never this long.

I broke down at took a hpt this morning : . Typical.

So I'm just going to wait it out. If it comes in the next week, I'll be on track for mid August ER & ET. Thank GOD we didn't invite the in-laws to visit in mid August. I originally thought I'd be doing all this in the first week of August!!

I'll let you know as soon as she arrives. AF, not my MIL.

I used to be concerned about trying to get PG and having to stand/bend/deal my game,, but now that its taking so long,, i WELCOME the day I have issues!!


AMAX - Your RE can give you something to induce AF and keep u on schedule =) hopefully!


WINNIE - im am praying for your friend. Cancer can be beat and miracles happen everyday..


TABBY - I have read it can take up to two weeks for AF to show, sometimes later.. keep in touch with your RE & let them know. GL!

PG_FL - what a daunting task keeping track of all of us! Thank you so much for taking on the challenge. I'm meeting with my RE tomorrow and I hope to have some dates to add to the list afterwards.

As for me, I'm technically a lawyer in DC, but in reality, my job is now obsessing over getting knocked up!

I just got the IVF plan from Dr. yesterday. I am on BCP now. The last BCP should be July 21. Starts stimulate on July 26 and ER will be the week of August 2.
I live in Chicago.
