I have been over on the April 2010 Due Date thread and on page 20 post 299 there is a list of some of that group's miracles. It listed someone starting with a 6.6 hcg level and now has a ongoing pregnancy.

Mine is on Thursday too and as you can see I was negative today.

Please don't give up hope... I am still not convinced that the + I am getting are genuine... I'll just keep lining em up! Wait 2 more days and test again, and then see, it might be too early for the HCG to be showing up. Also what type of test are you using?

Also I know how it feels to not be able to escape, the last 24 hours I have thought about nothing except those sticks lined up in my bathroom, every twinge is driving me nuts. My period would be due today/tomorrow, so I cannot get my mind off it. You are not alone with that. I would tell you to relax, but I can't myself!

Mrs JB oh speaking of that dreaded PIO, i bruised myself tonight. Just before that, i accidently dropped the syringe and it flew out of my hand like a dart in the air and landed on the linoleum floor and stuck there!! i laughed so hard! so i just removed it and replaced the injection needle. haaaa!



afm,,, Today i went back to work and MISSED MY PHONE CALL from my RE!! he left a voice mail,, but no details! UGGH! i couldn't call back because the office was closed but he did tell me very good news!!
he said my embryos have continued to divide (he didn't say how many) and he wants me to "tentatively" schedule my ET for monday, depending upon if they are blasts or possibly it will be Tuesday (a six day ET).. WOOHOO!! i didn't make it past day 3 last time! Im so excited i feel like i won the lottery. I just wish i knew how many are left of the five. i have to wait till tomorrow and find out....

Walking (as mild of exercise as it is) is really the only thing that makes me feel like me right now. It's just not fair. I seriously just want to cry...we're so close to being PUPO that I'm not about to quit anytime soon...but seriously, why can't I just walk!??! Do you really think there'd be any harm in me going for a long slow walk? I think my embies will do better in a non-stressed body versus in one with an unstable mind.

I too, do at least 2 marathons per year, but there's been too much emotion, money and time invested. I'd say listen to your doctor, Mine said no pushing, pulling lifting, or anything like that. Nothing that can raise my heart rate either. Not till I am 12 weeks pregnant!

I am finally PUPO!!!!

I had my transfer today....a wonderful A grade blastocyst!!

I find out in 2 days if my other 3 made it to freeze....but they all made it to day 5 which fills me with hope.

I feel great....very calm...and happy for now

What a gorgeous morning it is here. It feels like fall is in the air. I'm not wishing away summer but I sure do love the smell of fall air.

My RE called last night and here's what we have:
1-10cell
1-9cell
7-8cell
1-7cell.

Here exact words were, "You and Brad make beautiful embryos." Sounded so funny to hear but so comforting too. They're all being graded well with most being Grade A (that's the best at my clinic). We don't want to get our hopes up, but boy are we excited! Tomorrow's our ET...I can't believe it's really here!

As for the exercise, I asked her again about walking and here's what she said. She told me I could walk all I wanted but her concerns are that 1) my ovaries are bigger post ER than they were before so the risk of twisting one is greater (she equated it to a twisted teste and my husband freaked out...finally he understands I think...hehehe) 2) my core temperature is not supposed to get up too high so staying below 140 is perfect and 3) my prolactin levels should be rising so she doesn't want my chest bouncing right now so that we keep the proper balance of hormones. OK! So I can walk (which is good b/c I did 2 yesterday) again...Heading out to enjoy the beautiful weather. I'll be saying my prayers for all of us!

i will post more tomorrow after i know for sure, but i'm fairly certain this baby is on it's way out. i POAS'd again this morning and the line is almost non-existent...it is getting progressively lighter every day. I will let you all know for sure when I get the final beta results on monday...

So sorry Winnie!

AFM- I went for my first bw/us after 3 days of stims. Still waiting for the call and I can't remember everything but I basically had 2 on the right (one 13 something) and I think 5 or 6 on the left and a few were 13ish too. I know everyone is different but it seems a little quick to me but not surprising. Anyone have input? They had me scheduled for ER on 8/31 but if they are already 13 can I make it 8 more days?? I know they will tell me and might decrease meds but still I assume they grow 1-2 like with my IUIs and I have had a growth of 3 in 1 day. How big do they want the follies for IVF? My RE wanted around 18 for IUI but I have to check for IVF.
So I'm waiting for that call to see whats next.

Smiley ... I am pretty sure they like to grow follies to the 18-22 range. some can easily get to 25 and they want as many as possible in that 18 and over,, so you could definitely stim another 5-8 days.. it all depends on the growth rate! You are on a "day to day" schedule and your ER is tentative!! hang in there =)

MrsJB - no PIO bruising yet for me - but I've only been dioing the injections for a week. Maybe its just the luck of the spot I happen to pick. I did well with my lupron and stim shots until the last one or two shots and then I began to bruise. And those couple of bruises are just begining to fade!

Sloulamp - hey - I'm feeling positive for you - that sounds like a BFP to me!!!

AFM - I'm just reading through this and every other thread trying to make it through the 2ww. I'm not feeling any twinges or anything. Kinda thought I should be feeling something by now - its 3dp5dt. I thought this would be when I would feel "implantation" twinges. I'm remaining positive though.

Also, I need to learn how to self inject my PIO shot this week since I will be on my own (business trip) next week. I've seen folks on Utube do it, and I'm thinking I will be ok on my right side - the left side - I don't know. It will be for 4 days. If I have to stick the right side 4 days in a row - I'm sure it will be horribly sore. Oh - well, we are tough chicks. I will make it work.

Monday will be a busy day! GL for all the girls with the upcoming ERs and ETs!
