I am now an official August IVFer so please add me to your list. We were at the RE's office for 3 hours today and WoW what a lot of information. We have just ordered the meds... All of this is a bit overwhelming to me. Oh, and we found out that DH has a morphology issue so they have advised ICSI. Is anyone else using Center for Reproductive Medicine in Orlando?

still dont have my protocol yet. I guess my RE is out until Wednesday on vacation..hopefully I get it then. I'd really like to know soon what he is going to do for me this time!!

I am still awaiting AF. I cant believe i want it to start but its late. I did take a hpt on fri but it was a BFN. which i didnt expect any other response. Has anyone ever experienced a late period after IVF? i got it after i stopped the meds but now im waiting for another cycle to start and NOTHING! we have been ttc for 3 years now.

yes after my 1st failed IVF I got AF the day I stopped taking my shots...but my next period never showed..it was over 45 days late and my RE finally gave me some provera to start it. It was the same way after my 2nd failed cycle.

should add that I've always had 28-29 day cycles so 45 days was not the norm for me at all.

that really stinks to know because im ready to do this again!! they are waiting for day 35-thurs. so after they gave u provera then what??

Quick update to my story - DH is back to "dear". He apologized for shutting me down outright over the weekend (and insisted that he was only trying to help me not stress out so much by suggesting a hobby) -- he talked to the doctor this morning who agreed to ICSI two eggs. If neither take in a day, we can try another egg. At any rate, because our chances will rest on these two or three little eggs, I'm going to take an extra month to get them and my uterus into the best shape possible with TCM, herbs, royal jelly, and acupuncture.

Hello all, I hope everyone is well. I just called my RE and I am waiting for an answer reguarding my late I had a cancled IVF cycle and I am still waiting. It has been 20 days!!! I thought that after I stopped my shots would show. I am due to start meds on Aug 14th. Do I have enough time to wait??
Sorry if I sound all over the place but I am starting to freak out!! Thanks girls.

im right there with ya! i have to wait til thurs to call them and do bw on fri. they didnt give me a start date til i got AF!

wow, sooo long list of August IVFer.
I will have a 10 days vacation from this Friday and baseline on July 24,start stimulate on 25. I had go through this so many time, still exciting!

im right there with you on the skipped over part as well! i have to admit it is hard to keep up with everyone on here and to be able to relate to everyones posts. maybe we will b cb's once this AF thing is resolved! good luck to ya!

okay ladies...i'm starting to get nervous. my trial transfer is this friday and i'm already stressing. my biggest fear is just that i won't be able to hold my pee for as long as i need to and end up ruining it or having to reschedule. my re said to start drinking 2 hours before my appointment time but that i need to be done 45 minutes before. so i can't decide what to do. do i start drinking right at the 2 hour mark, or do i wait a little and then just chug? i don't want to get all the water down too early so that i'm totally dying. what did you all do? and how do i not pee on my re??!!

I love support. Dh and I are thinking about doing IVF for the first time. AF should come in about 2 weeks so we have a little bit longer to decide.

It is a little scary. I am excited to go on this journey with all of you.

I took it for 5 days I think and then my period showed up a few days later.

My 1st IVF cycle was after a clomid cycle and for some reason it was running late too and since my AF wasnt showing up on time they just started me on BC w/out a period.
