Welcome Lola!
 Looks like you did most of your journey alone (like I did last time). It is much better in a group, especially this one. Congrats on your 12 embryos!  I may be the only one on the planet who does a 6-day transfer (I did it last time and this time ER says day 5 or 6). He wants blastocysts. Must be just one more "age-thing." At this point, . . . whatev. Yes, Lola, I'm from LA.

Lola! 12 embryos is awesome ! I had my ER the same day as you. Already had ET today...hopefully things go well for your ET! Oh, I'm from just outside of Boston...Go Sox!! Patilla - good luck tomorrow! Wow, that is bright and early to wake up. But you will be able to sleep afterwards...trust me. Too bad about the back of the van...I was so looking forward to that story  Mak27 - Have a good vaca! I used to go to Block Island when I was little...such a beautiful place. I know that the waiting is tough. DH is a firm believer in not POASing, so he'll keep me in line. Sunflower - Did you have your ER today?? How did it go? AFM - feeling great! I've been sleeping and eating since I got home, so no complaints here. Now I just hope that sewing machine keeps me busy enough for the next almost 2 weeks!

Hi Ladies,
Patilla, good luck tomorrow at ER!!!!! KMP, OMG I'm laughing at your story but also going "oh crap!" that it doesn't happen to me. I bet the nurses have some funny (gross) stories of people at their ET. AFM, DH and I are super excited about tomorrow and praying it will work. We have pretty much decided to put 2 back in (hopefully, we'll have 2 still out of the 6). We would be thrilled with twins if that happened. We would hate to put back 1 and if it didn't work, always wonder, ya know? I will check in with you ladies tomorrow after the ET (scheduled for 11 am EST). Holly

Hi everyone! I am here still stuck in hormone hell, but I have been reading to keep up with what is going on with all of you. I cannot believe that almost everyone is done with ER now. When things got moving, it seemed to pass really quickly - - unfortunately now comes the long part again.
KMP - I would have asked for a bedpan too. That full bladder thing is like torture. I remember the last ultrasound I had to have that way, I was dying. I flew off the table to the bathroom when the tech finished. I am already worried about it now and it will be a few more weeks before it happens. LOL!

ME: normal ovulation, blocked rt tube, hypothyroidism DH: SA low end of normal TTC more years than we can count 02.18.09 laparoscopy and hysterocopy 03.30.09 first normal cycle post procedure - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 04/09 and 05/09 - failed clomid cycles June/July 2009 - First IVF cycle - CANCELLED 05.30 start 21 days BCP 06.16 US shows shows a cyst 06.25 baseline check - - delayed stimming due to functional cyst 06.26 - 07.08 hormone therapy to shrink cyst 07.13 cyst not gone, more BCP  07.28 cyst aspiration 08.01 last BCP August 2009 - 2nd attempt at 1st IVF 08.06 start stims, Antagonist Protocol 08.14 US/BW 8 large follies, lining 10 08.16 trigger 08.18 ER 08.20 ET 08.31 1st beta=14.4 09.02 2nd beta=50.6  09.15 us #1 gestational and yolk sac only 09.22 us #2 heartbeat=115 10.02 first OB appt 11.05 NT scan looks good. 90% chance it's a girl!!!!

Hey all -
Lots of good stuff happening here. Was pretty out of it yesterday and in decent pain - not so much cramps - but just bloated and gassy - i could barely walk. But - MUCH MUCH MUCH better this morning. And I drank so much water yesterday that I think I got up every hour to pee ! LOL !! Now we wait for our fertilization report and  for some good news !!Patilla - BEST OF LUCK for your ER today !!! Mak - Bon Voyage - have the best time !! Holly - Have a great ET today !! Sending you many  Lola - So nice to have you. on your 12 embryos !! I live in Florida !Sunflower - how u doin??? Colo - how are things on stims? You feeling ok? Well, going back to work today, but thankfully off tomorrow and then have the rest of the weekend to recoup and have our ET. Will keep you posted on how my 10 beautiful, already loved eggies are doing !! Have a great day all !!

Fertilzation Report
I am thrilled to tell you all -
That out of our 10 eggies - 8 were mature and.... 6 FERTILIZED with ICSI !!!!!! I am so so so happy !! I will call in later for a tentative time for a 3 DAY transfer and they will call me tomorrow with an update on my 6 little embabies and then let us know if we will move on to a 5 DAY transfer. I am wishing you all the best day ever !!!

We just heard from our doc, and are going to do a Day 5 transfer. Our little embryos seem to be happy & thriving. Sending that same goodness to each of you. Lola and rescue wondermutt, Dutch

Hi gals! Thanks for asking about me. Congrats to you two! I've been taking care of my sweet husband. The nurses say he deserves husband of the year for all that he went through yesterday!! The doc couldn't find any sperm the first three times he tried to aspirate. He then did a biopsy and finally found enough mature sperm - all this while I was out having my ER. I went in knowing that they only found one sperm that was mature to coming out knowing that the lab did find more in the tissue sample. Thank goodness for he power of prayer!! My DH is in pain still and can't really move from the bed. I was crampy and sore yesterday, but feeling much better today. We found out today that out of the 7 retrieved, 5 fertilized!!!!!! What a relief! We'll find out tomorrow about our transfer date. Thinking of you all!  Stay positive and take care of yourselves. Lots of to everyone as we move on to our transfers and 2WW!

We really have a helluva lot going on as a group, don't we?!@ Lola - That would be great if you get to do a 5-day transfer. reat to know the embabies can make it to that point.
