Hello, Everyone! Wow, how great to see this thread.

I don't know if anyone remembers me or my situation. I was here waiting to cycle with all of you and then I found out that I had a functional ovarian cyst and my July cycle was cancelled. I went on to have a cyst aspiration toward the end of July and began stimming at the beginning of August. We literally ended up with a miracle pregnancy at the end of August. By the time transfer day came the doctor had opted for a 2dt because we had only one remaining 2-cell embryo (yes, 2-cell) by day 2. It was graded BC (midgrade quality) and I did not feel much hope at all until the second week rolled around. I could not pinpoint it but I just knew something was quite different. We had a slow start. Our first beta was very low and we did not see the heartbeat at our first ultrasound. The doctor looked concerned but he was so surprised and happy for us the following week. We told him he made a miracle happen for us and he said, "No, you are the miracle."

So to all of you still trying, don't give hope even when the odds are against you. I had lost all hope and was quite close to losing my faith too. I am wishing you all the best in your continued journey. And to all of you in your 20th week and beyond, I wish a continued healthy and happy pregnancy.

to all!!!

Nightowl-I am so excited for you....for some reason, I really took your situation personally!! I think it is because we were on the same schedule until you got knocked off course!! and

Stillwaiting- and for your December 4th date...how nervewracking to have a date that "far" in advance and to wait for it!! (I'm sure that was really supportive and made you feel great...but that is how I would feel!! )

Wannabe- to you, I know how emotional this is for you and as someone who feels that I was on the overly emotional side of the process...I hope this works for you this time!! I will be eagerly waiting for your !!

AFM, I was originally having twins, but twin B stopped growing around 7 weeks. The remaining baby is doing great. I am 20w3d today. I had my gender scan at 19 weeks, and am having a little girl. My DH was disappointed (he has two girls and really wanted the boy!!) but is getting over it!! We are doing a Raggedy Ann and Andy nursery theme. Can't wait to have more done than just the walls painted white!! I am getting nervous about the labor part of this....I didn't think I would be, but I am!! Now the hard part is finding a name DH and I agree on!! I came up with one I LOVE last night...and he is "meh, not really"...oh well, we'll come up with the perfect one!! Keep updating...so good to see you guys!!

Thanks to all for remembering me and all the well wishes. It certainly has been a crazy journey for all of us.

Wannabe and Stillwaiting - - many prayers and all my fingers and toes crossed for you. Anxiously waiting to see everyone in our thread have success.

Katie, congrats on the baby boy and going on to have a healthy pregnancy. Glad to read that your hemorrhage has healed well.

Patilla, sorry to hear about your twin not making it, but it is great to hear that you are having a healthy pregnancy with your little girl. Glad DH is getting used to the idea of another girl in his life. Good luck with the name picking.

AFM, we had our NT scan this past Thursday. Everything looked good. The doc wanted to know if we wanted to know the sex. Of course we did!! I have been praying for a healthy baby most of all but was also praying for a girl. Well, the doctor said on Thursday that he was 90% sure that it is a girl. That news put us over the moon. He was able to identify what he though was the uterus on the ultrasound. Can you believe that??? Of course, I have to take his word for it because, after all, he is the expert that has looked at thousands of these ultrasounds.

Its so great to see movement on this thread again!!! I am loving it!!

Patilla - thanks so much for the good wishes. I too am for success this time around!! In a few days we will know.
I am so sorry for the loss of one of your babies - but am so glad to hear that your little girl is doing so well.

Nightowl - also a BIG CONGRATS on your little girl. So exciting!!

kts and kmp - thanks for calming my fears about the blowout with my DH. Oh the things I do to myself.

AFM, my beta is on Friday and I will be at work this time around. Last time we took the day off and the stress of sitting by the phone was just too much to handle. So, we figured better to be busy at work and then whatever the results may be - we will cross that bridge when we get to it. I have dull AF-like cramps hear and there - but not a whole lot. And when I eat, I am finding that I am getting very full, very quickly. I am trying not to read into every little thing. 5 more days and the waiting will be over.

Wow, I can't tell you how happy I am to see everyone's updates!

NightOwl - Yes, I definitely remember you and your journey. I remember you saying that your in-laws would pass out when they found out that you're pg...I hope they got a wonderfully big shock! And congrats on the girl!! That's just about the most inspirational and hopeful story I've heard. Thank you so much for your well wishes...it means so much, and I'm really excited that your new journey into motherhood is just beginning!!

Patilla - Congrats to you too on your baby girl!! That's awesome news...I'm sure you and DH will come up with a perfect name.

Wannabe - That's a good plan for beta day. Hopefully you work close to home so that you can run home and give DH a big hug when you get that BFP!

LOL!!!! In-laws still don't know - - in fact none of our family know yet. We are flying to the U.S. tomorrow. We wanted to wait to see everyone's face in person when we broke the news.
