Bloating gone 3dp5dt...normal?

I am currently in the 2WW of my first IVF w/ICSI and taking 200mg of prometrium 3X's daily. I am 3dp5dt and woke up this morning and my bloating is gone. Is this normal or happened to anyone else and still got a positive result?
