Hey everyone. I am new here, but no stranger to Fertility treatments. I am 38 and hubby and I have been trying on and off for the last 6 years. We've had done IUI in conjuction with either Clomid or injections more than a dozen times before we finally threw in the towel and started IVF. We had our first IVF last July which resulted in a . Over the last 6 years we've had one miscarriage, one ectopic and one chemical pregnancy. I have PCOS which I take Metformin for. I haven't had a cyst in a few years which makes me feel good about this IVF cycle.

In May I started on BCPs to gear up for a June IVF. I am currently in the 2 ww and am really wanting to poas even though I know it could come back negative. I go for my first beta on Saturday and my second on Monday. I am really keeping my fingers crossed and saying lots of prayers.

5/24/09- started Lupron 10 units once a day
6/3/09- Started Stim meds, 225 Follistim a.m., 2 vials menopur p.m. 10 units Lupron a.m. and p.m.
6/15 -ER retrieved 13 eggs, 7 fertilized.
6/18- 3 day transfer, transferred 4 embryos. 3 were great, one needed assisted hatching.

Wow cmlo - that's a nice 14dpo beta! How would you feel about twins?

I know they say you can't tell how many by beta numbers but I think 'generally' you can.

Thank you! I'm prayin'! I am having a lot of fatigue, my sleep schedule is totally off. I am also getting a little picky with my food. Never had that problem before. I get queasy here and there, but nothing too bad. I have also had some cramping here and there and little twinges in the ovaries. Not sure if all this is the progesterone or pregnancy.

Mine isn't that promising or exciting....I mean I'm excited of course but kind of worried that it's 'low' even though the nurse said it was good.

Yesterday's BETA from my local doctor was 32, today's BETA from my RE is 54.9

I'm 10 days past transfer
and 13 days past retrieval.

I was praying for twins....since this is our one and only chance and we don't have frozens....but again, thankful for anything God gives us and just glad to have a number that's gradually growing. I won't get any other numbers until Monday....so it's going to be a long stressful weekend of HPT's and overanalyzing every single pain or twitch.

Thank you for keeping me in your thoughts....I pray we all have BFP's soon.

Go look at betabase.info and you will see you still could have twins. I on the other hand wanted one and wonder if I might have twins with my beta #'s... Funny thing about betas is you could be having two and I just one.

Congrats Indie, you're well on your way! You got your Your numbers also seem to be rising nicely! It's too bad that infertility makes us so analytical of our pregnancies. I'll keep you in my prayers . But I think the whole first trimester is gonna be stressful for us all Hang in there

Beta doubled today. Went from 24 to 80. waiting for monday for 3rd beta to go up

was just curious. How early can one test and get a legit BFP?

thanks for ur support.
it is normal to bleed in between. Today I could see blood (red not brown or pink) along with some discharge. I am getting scared. looks like things are repeating like my cycle 1.

I just realized that I fit here I had my 3 day transfer on Tuesday! This two weeks can't go quick enough.
