Indie- I popped in to check on you and I think your numbers are great for 10dp3dt. My RE said that they want it over 50 on 14dpo, so you definitely have that on 13dpo - congrats!!!!

For those just starting or within the horrible 2ww:
1)No symptoms are not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of people don't really have any symptoms, and some just have more AF symptoms. I am having triplets and didn't really get any symptoms until after my Beta. (see below)

2)If you test early be prepared to see and do not get upset about it. There are a lot of women who do not get a hpt before Beta but their Beta comes back great. Remember... it is NEVER over until the Beta results come in. Getting upset or giving up before hand can actually hinder the process. If you don't think you can do that, I urge you not to test at all.

3) If you can, try and plan a trip or some fun yet calm things to do on your 2ww. My husband took me on a week long trip and it really helped to occupy my mind.

4) PIO shot hint: Ice the spot for 15 mins prior to the shot, then afterwards place heat on for about 10 mins, then walk around for five mins. This regimin worked great for us and had no pain.

5)Be prepaired for a lot more waiting and worry... it does not end after the 2ww. After my first Beta, I worried about what my second would be, then I worried until my ultrasound yesterday, but was too early to see heartbeats according to RE, so now I will worry for 2 more weeks until the next ultrasound. I worry on days (or parts of days) that I feel good with no symptoms. There is a lot of waiting involved.

So to everyone who is new. I wish you all . Never give up hope, and remeber you are preggers until the Beta numbers come back.

Thanks actually I think I counted wrong and yesterday was 11 days past transfer (3dt) and so that makes it 14 days past ovulation. I do think that the days past transfer work out better for BETA though..., not days past retrieval, as my little one seemed to be a late divider, and possibly a late implanter so I'll be counting from transfer I think from now on.

I'm headed out this morning to get my 2nd local BETA, but won't get results back till Monday....yikes. Then Monday I'll go in for my second one at my RE's office and I pray it's off the charts LOL

HPT ,excessive spotting since yesterday.
really feel blue today!! I remember reading in thread somewhere that u had some bleeding as well right ?

Good afternoon ladies!

I had my second beta today (18dpt and 21dpo) and it's 1511. They told me it went up enough that I don't have to go in on Monday for a third, and the first u/s is on July 6th. That's another week and a half away though! It's like the 2ww all over again. Arrggh!

It really sucks.Anybody can guide me on when should I go for 2nd cycle.Nurse called me and scheduled consult
for Monday.
I am still hopeful,just need mental and physical strength.

Congrats ColeyOley....great 2nd BETA. I'm dying to know my 2nd one....sure do wish I could get results today, but alas I have to wait till Monday. Praying it goes up a lot though....and doesn't barely double, ya know.

Mani, I'm really sorry. It takes time....that's all I know to say. I took off a whole year and still was really really scared to start again.

mani- i too got my BFN news today. i told myself that i would pick myself up and go into another cycle right away. now, i don't know if i want to go through this again. i'm mad, annoyed, upset, drained. the pio shots have made me light headed, dizzy, exhausted this whole week. it's still in my system. . .i just want to be rid of any medication lingering. today i also found out that i have no embroys left. they flipping left that news TODAY to tell me. i guess i'm just another customer in that RE office. my husband wants to make an appointment right away to go in and see what our next step is. i am just feeling that my re needs to prove himself to me and convince me he truly is the best re in this county or i am walking.

thank God i didn't waste my money on peeing on a stick. or i would have been even more annoyed that i did. going through everything, the thing i did do right is not poas. i know it's my opinion and i know that everyone has different views. . . but i truly beleive that is the worse thing any of you ladies can do to yourselves. if you get a positive beta. .and you want to see a positive test. . .fine. but you ladies are completely torturing yourselves. .

i wish i had a low beta to share. a low beta is not a bfn. i know i didn't share much on here but i have been doing my best to keep up to date about what was going on here in this thread.

i do wish everyone here the very best. off to cuddle with my first baby. . my dog bella.

I know you're upset Jami...and I'm sorry for your BFN but I feel that your post has already been hashed out last week about the HPT's and it didn't really need to be revisited. I also felt personally attacked by your low beta comment.....again I'm sorry you're upset and can sympathize as it happened to me last year so I truly know the feeling of being mad and sad and just overall upset and broken.

I think there are ways to voice that without making POAS'ers and anyone that's said anything about a low beta (hmmm, that would be me) worse about their situation or decisions though.

I pray you're able to pull it all together and get started again when you're feeling up to it....but take your time, I took a whole year. And I pray that you get your BFP soon.

Does anyone know how long this dumb Novarel shot will be in my body? It has been 8.5 days and it is still showing up on my HPT. I know that it is too early for a positive ACTUAL test since I am only 4dp3dt, so I wondered what you ladies thought????
