Day by Day Embryo/Blast Developement
Does anyone know the day by day developement after ET or your embies/blast? When they hatch, implant, start producing HCG, etc.
I saw this somewhere on this forum a few days or weeks ago. It would really help to know what my embies are up to right now! LOL. Thanks!

IVF #2 October 2009 Antagonist Protocol: Gonal-f, Menopur, Ganirelix, HCG, Prometrium, Vivelle Patches 10/22 - ER (9 eggs retrieved, All 9 eggs fertilized on their own!) 10/25 ET - PUPOx2 (2 8-cell Grade 1), 1 frozen 11/2 - 8dp3dt - faint  11/3 - 9dp3dt - light 11/4 - 10dp3dt - light/med 11/5 - 11dp3dt - BETA #1 - 215 11/7 - 13dp3dt - BETA #2 - 595 11/23 - First ultrasound w/ RE - One Baby with HB of 115 12/1 - First prenatal appt w/ OB. Everything on track! 12/15 - Baby is moving on the screen! 1/5 - NT Scan - Looks good! 2/22 - Anatomy Scan - It's PINK!

This is what happens in a 3dt :
1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing 2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst 3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day 4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining 5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining 6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining 7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells 8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secrete HCG in the blood 9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops 10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops 11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT This is what happens in a 5dt: -1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing 0dpt... ME - 30 DH - 29 (very low count, poor morphology) IVF  always June 28 - ER - 18 retrieved, 15 mature, 12 fertilized. July 3 - ET two, 4 frozen. July 10 & 12 - HPT positive  July 13 - BETA #1 145, #2 390, #3 8500 July 31 - 1st u/s two embies. A hb113, B hb 107 but very small. Aug 13- 2nd u/s Baby A measuring exactly to date, hb of 166. Baby B, no hb . Aug 24 - 1st ob u/s, Baby looks great, HB 169. Sept. 24 - u/s... IT'S A BOY! Nov. 5 - u/s - great pics definately a boy. March 4 - 50% effaced March 11 - 1cm & 50% March 12 - Lost the plug! March 14 - 39 weeks, began labor at 10:30am. Baby Samuel arrives at 6:44pm, 6lbs 9oz, 19.5" BABY #2 June 15 2011 - Surprise! Natural !!!!  GOD IS GOOD! June 24 - u/s 1 saw HB July 11 - u/s 2 HB 176 Oct 28 - 20 week ultrasound It's a BOY! due to arrive on Valentine's day 2012 Jan 30 - Cervix check, no signs of labor.......just waiting now.
