I'm a freak! Missed a BCP! HELP!

I'm a total freak ...I'm busy doing EVERYTHING right, but SOMEHOW managed to miss ONE birth control pill. I didn't realize I had missed the pill until it was time for my next pill and at the time decided to leave the one I missed in the pack. That was Wednesday (the skipped pill day) and this evening (Friday) I'm reading that I should have taken the missed pill anyway.

Long story but short question...Have I screwed the whole thing up now? I'm also doing Lupron shots and only take the birth control two more days anyway...

Should I be worried? Have I screwed this whole cycle? Help!!!!

I doubt you have destroyed the whole cycle but I would call your doctor in the morning and ask them what they want you to do.

Call your RE. I think the solution is to take the "missing" one ASAP and everything will be good to go.

Thanks ladies, this is my first go at this and so of course I'm being "super anal" about everything...well and the money being spent isn't anything to laugh at either...
