I know I had AF like cramping for the first 3-4 days after transfer, my nurse said that was most likely from manipulating the cervix during transfer. The sharp pinches that I got were 3dp3dt. I want to say it was either 5 or 6 days past transfer when I started getting the heartburn.
I don't know how mine would compare since I did a 3 day transfer, but I think the spotting is promising! I didn't get that at all until after the positive beta, but I think it was due more to the progesterone suppositories than implantation.

Just thought I would post because this is my first official IVF attempt with only one ovary. The other times I only had one, but just didn't know it. I am 11dp3dt and so ready to test. It is great seeing others get with only one ovary. It gives me some hope. Last IVF attempt was and I had no symptoms whatsoever. This time I have had a lot of cramping. Nervous, but it is good to feel something. No spotting though. Hopefully the cramping is a good thing. I have felt twinges on the left side and think it could be my left ovary recovering from IVF. When I feel twinges or cramping in the middle or on the right I feel it has to be something because I don't have a tube or an ovary on the right side. I guess the two week wait will get you thinking about everything! Just a few more days.

Good luck Cemp! I too would get some pinches and pains way up where my left ovary was removed, especially during stims, weird huh!
I'm glad you're feeling things going on in there!

My beta is on Monday. I just wish I knew for sure if the cramping meant I am pregnant. I will just have to continue to wait. I guess I could test, but too scared so I guess I am better off waiting.
