Well, I thought I was going to do my first IVF in April. Nope. Then we thought June. Nope. August? Nope. September? Right on track... Nope. So we are doing our first IVF in October. It's official.... I have my schedule plan and payment is due!

So is anyone else getting ready to do IVF in October? I figured it is about time to get a thread going! I will be starting stims soon, and guess I am not the only one!

I was just thinking about starting an October thread! This will be my 2nd IVF cycle. Got preggers with the first, but ended up in m/c as you can see from my sig. We were shooting for August, then September, but it looks like October will be it. I'm so excited to get started again. It has taken me some time to get over the heartbreak in May, so it's been good to have some time off from the madness . The fall is my favorite time of year, I hope it brings us all lots of luck .

At this point, we are looking at an October IVF cycle as well. I kept looking to see if a thread had been started yet. This will be our first round. We will be doing a round of mini IVF, due to our problem being male factor and still being relatively young. I am nervous, yet excited at the same time. Hopefully we will have good luck.

Thank you for starting the October thread!! I am really excited and a bit anxious to get this all going - but I am so glad I will have this forum to bounce all of our thoughts and questions around!! I love October and my Daughter was concieved in October!! GO OCTOBER!! I look forward to getting to know you all a little better and going thru this journey with you all and getting our BFP in October!!

I've been pondering starting an October thread for the last few days. I dont have my schedule yet but I am pretty sure I will be cycling in October. I have my IVF consult on Friday and should know more then. I am so excited to get this all started!

I'm in too We had a failed cycle back in April, and were very undecided as to weather we could afford another go, but hubby agrees...we'll try one more time and GOD willing we'll have a perfect outcome this time

hey ladies~ I MIGHT be joining you..havent really decided yet but i dont have long to make a decision. AF is due sometime next week and I'll have to start bcp then.

this will be my 3rd ivf attempt. we will be trying for baby #2.

I know i'll start stims end of sept w/retrieval and transfer in the first part of Oct.

So glad to see this thread started!! Really hoping to be joining you ladies!! I had to take Methatrexate in July for an ectopic so we have to wait 3 months before we can even attempt to get preggo. That would be October, right? This will be IVF #4 for us (which I can't even believe I am saying... we said we wouldn't do more than 2). Really hoping this will be the one!

We had our consult yesterday and are set to do our first IVF cycle in October!

Mommyinny: I can't seem to add to the calender - any advice on how to do this?

Everyone - this is our time for our BFP!!

AFM: I have my trial transfer next Friday and some of my medicine and general IVF training. After that we wait - again Until AF comes and then we jump into the game. I have a pretty tilted uterus so I hope the trial transfer goes well. I guess with my HSG the Dr. had a heck of time getting the cathader where he wanted it - he said I was doing very well because though it was uncomfortable it wasn't that bad. He said I had a 'good tolerance' - which I found funny because I have always thought I have a low pain threshold. But I guess when there is a bigger goal in mind you just 'grin and bear it' Looking forward to getting to know all of you a little better and support one another!!

Hubby and I are getting a consult with a new RE..if we like this new clinic we will do the IVF cycle.
I'm faxing all my paperwork tomorrow..hoping I can get in soon!
