Congratulations to those who have great news!!! You girls are so inspiring

Had my 2nd USG this morning. I now have 10 measurable follicles and the biggest measure 16. This evening though
I noticed some spotting. That's normal side effect I guess from Ganirelix?

Good luck everybody!!!!

I GAVE MYSELF THE PROGESTERONE SHOT!!!! Ladies, if any of you are the wuss I am when it comes to needles (I almost pass out just getting my blood drawn) you know this is huge!! I got out the two vials of PIEO I have and realized they expire in Dec. So I figure I might as well use them. I got the shot ready and was going to call dh in when my stubborn, I-can-do-this streak kicked in. I iced for 5 minutes then tried, but balked as soon as I felt the tiny prick against my skin. Deep breath, one...two...three...tiny prick but kept going...then felt nothing! I watched in some kind of sick awe as the needle went in and I felt absolutely nothing! I kept waiting for something, anything but didn't feel a thing. I feel like Super Woman!!! I thought of those here who do their own shots - you are my heroes and I wanted to be like you. I'll only do one shot/day and suppositories 2X/day still as I don't need the thrill of doing this by myself too much in a day.

Just wanted to share.

Congratulations to all the ER's with great egg counts! That's awesome

And congrats to all the BFP's out there. I'm so happy for you!!!

Good luck tomorrow Technodaddy!

AFM: Had a rough day today. The one thing I dreaded (well besides this NOT working of course!) happened. I got a migraine. And I can't take my migraine meds while PUPO or preggers. It was a tough day Now, I'm stressing about what it did to my little 6dp5dt embies. No food in my system and my body under stress.

The skydiving and hiking stories helped though. Thanks for sharing them!

I'm trying now to figure out how to not have this happen again. I actually went back to work this morning...so maybe its work and I just need to take the next 9 months off :P I WISH! Anyway, does anyone else out there have any migraine tips?

and to all!

Woo hoo! It takes a bit of nerve to pop that needle into yourself doesn't it!?! That's why I do it first thing in the morning, before I wake up and figure out what I'm doing! Anyway congrats on being 'liberated'

Great news for those who have completed their ER yesterday!!!! I am up at 4:00 because my ER is this morning and I am so nervous about the number of eggos I'll leggo. Not to mention it's my birthday, so I am excited. Then, my abdomen is SOOO heavy, so I am in pain. Insomnia, nervousness, excitement, pain. What a way to start the day!!!!

TECHNODADDY-- I am praying for a big fat POS today on your beta! You will be an awesome dad and your wife is so blessed to have you!

KPB8-- LOL @ the blue belly button! I've given myself every single shot since the beginning of this Journey in August. It isn't so bad, but I had that same anxiety as you when I started. As a matter of fact, I still have all of the vials and needles I've used. I plan on saving them to use as blackmail when my babies get older!

MAYO-- I got a box of CRAVE cupcakes last night for my Birthday. I was in HEAVEN!!!!

Oh well, let's keep up the momentum of positive news!!! I'll try to post when I get back from ER. Blessings to each of you!

I'm back

Hi ladies
I'm finally well enough to get back on here. I've been having terrible OHSS symptoms for the last 7 days straight. Today is the first day I don't feel naseouse but I'm still feeling very bloated.
My transfer was initially going to be 2 days after ER but changed to 5day wich was on Friday. I had 3 blasts transfered 1 perfect 2 B's. I'm feeling very optimistic this time around. After the hell I was through this week I said I wouldn't go through it agian... so I hope it works. Out of 15 eggs I had none to freeze which was a bit dissappointing, but it only takes 1 right?

My husband tells me I got up the last 2 nights talking nonsense to him, telling him to attach balloons to the tables, and getting frustrated that he wasn't understanding LOL it turns out i was watching the movie "up" so I guess I was dreaming about it.

Hi all!!!

Sarah- Lots of luck to you for a positive beta for you.

I had my transfer on Friday afternoon. 4 embies transferred 3 grade A and 1 grade B. I had none to freeze as well. I have been resting on the couch since Friday although my doctor said to live a normal life after 2 days of rest but I am too scared. I really hope this time it works.

Good luck to all of you ladies**** STICKY VIBES****

ttcmeredith - Exciting to finally be at that place. KMFC you get lots of eggs.

Aria - Congrats!!!

Pony - Welcome and congrats!

BSN - I was told not to take a bath so I wouldn't risk it. It doesn't make much sense to me either.

IVFKids - Welcome!

StaceyB - Wow Congrats! That's wonderful!

ReadyinKC - I think it depends on how fast your body processes the drugs. I know that personally, the shot is out of my system 7 days post trigger because of my 2 prievous IUIs. I hope tomorrow the line is darker. Congrats!

Techno - Jeez.. you need to give out hubby classes. I am jealous of your wife.

Purpledta - Congrats!

Shana - lol prescription for a chocolate bar.

Brina - That's a wonderful number!

Stacy - I think it's age. I know that if I would have had babies earlier (early 20s), then my endo wouldn't have been a factor as much. My aunt has horrible endo but since she had her two kids at 20 and 22, she never had any issues getting pregnant. I'm pretty sure if she tried now, it would be much harder. Plus, egg quality declines with age.

AFM - I've had the worse cramps since the transfer until today. Now I'm a little worried that I'm not in pain. I think I'm just IVF crazy. It's gotta be an actual diagnosis.

I agree...beta day is the longest day of all.

Micheline and Sarah80 - I'm glad to see others who had 3+ embies transferred. I was up last night researching IVF statistics (I had nothing else to do) trying to see what my chances are with three. Basically what I was looking for was a site that would say, "Yes, you will get pg...congrats!" Didn't find that site but did find good stats!
