Anyone signed up for starting IVF or FET in November? My transfer is planned for the beginning of November although I haven't received my exact timeline yet. I go in tomorrow for my Day 3 check and will probably be on BCP in the next few days. This will be my 4th retrieval...am I nuts or what?!

Shelly! I was just thinking about you the other day and was wondering how you're doing. Last I heard you were maybe thinking about using your cousin as a surrogate? Is that right? Looks like you've decided to give it another go on your own. Exciting! Thanks for your post on my thread. Can you believe it? Identicals. Still in shock over here. We have a long way to go yet but are hopeful all will be ok. My first appt with the maternal fetal specialist is tomorrow.

Anyway, sorry to horn in on your thread, just wanted to pop in and say hello and thanks! Will keep checking in on you.

We will be starting our next IVF whenever I next get AF... and my cycles are long so that probably won't be till mid-October sometime. And then I'll be on the long lupron protocol (again) so I'll have two weeks of BCP before starting stims. I'm estimating I'll have ER in early to mid-November. We will be doing a freeze all and then hopefully doing an eSET of a CGH normal (from last cycle or the one upcoming) in January 2010.

I will probably be doing a ER/ET in November if everything goes well with my follow up on the Sept 22nd. My last cycle I made it to ER and the single egg that was retrived fertilized, but never divided. Cycle cancelled. Hopefully the RE will give us some kind of positive thoughts for our next cycle!!

I am thinking this will be my time frame too but since this is my 1st IVF try I am not sure of all of the lingo... I do know that AF just left 3 days ago and I am to try naturally this cycle and then once AF starts again in Mid-October I am to start BCP and then go from there with the direction of my nurse/doc of course.. they will provide me with a protocol prior to BCP or at the time of BCP.
I am excited and nervous all at the same time...

Hi ladies, can I join you? I am also a November girl!!! my cycle starts November 9th. ER and ET in the middle of Nov. I am nervous about it being around the holidays. I don't want to be a downer if
it doesn't work. This is IVF#2.

Not at all. I'm excited to get it out of the way so I can drink on Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years. Of course I'm probably the only one doing a freeze all so this probably doesn't apply to anyone else. I didn't even thing of that when I started typing. Duh.

I am excited about it and glad it is coming around the holiday time.. it kinda takes my mind off both at the same time LOL takes stress away from the Holidays because I am stressing about IVF and then vice verse so that is how I am justifying it LOL

Hi all...

I have been reading the posts just waiting to start my process so I can join.

I am so nervous to start but yet so excited. This is my first time with IVF.

Just waiting for my next AF (end of Sept) and then have to have a Hysterosonogram between day 6-10 of cycle and will start BCP during this time and start Lupron on Day 21 of that cycle.

I havent received the actual schedule yet but Dr. says mid November for ER/ET.

Any advice or feedback would be so appreciated.

Hi all! I started a thread for FET's in November, but I was hoping to join your group as well. I am also nervous about this being around the holidays, but like many of you mentioned, at least there are lots of distractions and things to keep busy with, so maybe that will be to our advantage. This is round #2 for us - we did a fresh IVF in Feb/March of this year and even though it was textbook perfect it was a BFN. I took it pretty hard and was down for a couple months. I don't want that to happen this time - I'm trying to go into it with the right expectations, but it's so hard. We have 3 frozen embryos, so this will probably be it for us. We don't get any insurance coverage, so we cannot afford to keep doing IF treatments if this one doesn't work. No pressure, right?! I wish you all the best of luck and look forward to getting to know you all!

Can I join you guys?
I'll be doing my fourth IVF attempt, hopefully it will be lucky #4.
I am meeting my RE on the 22nd and start my cycle end of October, ER and ET around the 15th of November. I am glad to see a November group already , it is so helpful to have a group of ladies to talk to my friends listen but they don't understand.
I am a veteran (unfortunatelly) in IVF so don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions.

Hey Ladies! I would like to join.

I am "RE shopping" still, but I do know that I will do another fresh cycle in Oct/Nov. I still can't decide on which RE to go with, but with both, I will cycle at the start of next AF, which is due begginning of Oct.

As for cycling just before the Holidays...I'm a bit nervous. There can only be two outcomes for me that will definately affect my mood during the holidays. A BFP will make this holiday season the best ever! A BFN...well, you can guess. =/

Hi All,
I am new to this forum. I have 3 failed IUI's and 1 failed IVF. I fall under unexplained infertility. Everything looks nice according to the Dr. but still nothing is working. I am so sad. At times I get stressed out though I try my best not to. Don't know what to do?
Any suggestions? Trying Accupuncture from this month.
