Hi GreenMama.
That's wonderful news about your beta rising so much. This whole process is very scary, I agree. So, I'm having a bit of isolated cramping still, rather then all over. I wish that cramp would move, so I wouldn't keep thinking possible ectopic. It's hard not to think the worst when you've had a bad experience. The other thing that I am feeling this morning...and it may be tmi, is some internal vaginal pressure/sensation. Have you had anything like that? Or are you having dull or sharp cramps in certain places? I'm going in for my next beta on Wednesday so I'm  so hard that it rises significantly. Some other women told me that they look for a doubling within 72 hours , and they tested me after 48 hours and nearly doubled at that time, so that made me feel a bit better. Still scared though. and sending  to all of us.

Thank you so much for your thoughts and sharing your friends experience. It's so hard not to analyze everything and worry about everything as well during this time. After all, we've been under a microscope for so long. I wish you the best of luck too and congratulations on your little boy! Please keep us posted.

Constipation with Progesterone?
Hi. Sorry to ask this question, but have you had any problems with constipation while taking progesterone? And if so, what is safe to take to help?

Thanks for the tip! No tomatoes!!  I've heard coffee is alright (1-2cup/day), but am still nervous about it. But...I might have too since its giving me a belly ache and cramping...I'd rather know that the cramps are from need to "go" and not something else. I just had my 3rd beta this morning, instead of waiting until Wednesday since I was worried about my cramping and history of ectopic in the past. The nurse gave me much relief from that concern. Now I'm that my beta today looks great. It's so scary!

Yesterday's beta looked great. It more than doubled and was at 305. I have my next beta tomorrow.
