High E2 on CD 3 Anyone?

My Cd3 Estradiol was 220. The range on the results sheet says for the Follicular phase 11-212 but everything I have read online says it shouldnt be over 75 so Im confused. My Dr said it was a little high, but nothing to worry about.. But of course I am worried because I havent found anything online that says this is ok. Have anyone had a high E2 on CD3 and still get pregnant? TIA
