I went Thursday for my 2nd SIS & got suprising good news-apparently I "shed" my polyp all on my own & I am now OK to proceed with my cycle. I am already on BCP so I will be starting my stims in about 10 days.

I am very excited about starting our cycle, but I am also confused. I have a lot of anxiety about things going wrong, both for me and/or baby. I wish I could just feel happy about this but I can't seem to. Also, my DH is supportive, but he seems oblivious to my fears. I think this is his way of coping-avoidance basically, but I feel very alone right now. You all know how hard it is to talk about with anyone....& my best friend just had her 1st baby a few weeks ago, so I am careful what I say to her because I know she feels bad for me, plus she has all the tyoical new mom worries...

Did/does anyone else have these types of negative feelings regarding IVF?

I feel the same. From my sig, you can see I've been through this and the results were heartbreaking. I found a new clinic, and I'm really excited to start with them. But I can't hide the fact that I'm terrified that it will end just like my previous cycle. And DH is somewhat supportive and on some days not so supportive...so I feel I'm in this alone (except for the friends I met on this board). And the babies and pregnancies happening around me daily amongst my family and friends...it kills me! So I understand! That's what this board is for, to escape and find real support from people who are going through the same thing! Stay positive and ask lots of questions! Goodluck!!

Thanks Judy. It DOES help to know you're not alone. I hope you have wonderful success with your new RE. We switched from our 1st consult & I am so glad we did-I can't imagine going through this with someone I didn't feel secure with. Baby dust for all!
