Infertility Lingo...LOL

I feel so embarrassed almost everytime I talk to the staff and doctors at my clinic...and even my DH!! I must say, this board is getting to head and I'm speaking infertility lingo all the time!!

Does this happen to anyone else? When you are on the phone with the nurse and you say something like, "DH and I are excited..." and they give this look, and I would have to correct myself and say "I meant my husband and I." Embarassing! Another one recently is when I was telling the nurse that "I'm waiting for AF to come!" Or referring to my doctor as my RE when speaking about him to the staff. LOL. Oh boy...luckily, my husband is getting use to this lingo....

My DH is DH in my head, though I don't think I've ever called him that to his face. He knows about all the lingo though because I had such a hard time picking up on it at first that I would always tell him about the new ones I found!
