6dp5dt BFN on HPT Is there still hope?

I am now 6dp a 5dt of one frozen blast. HPT's yesterday and today were negative. Should I prepare myself for this negative or is it still possible I will get a positive? Thankfully my beta is tomorrow.

I'm currently 8dpt. still getting negatives, but, tons of people have gotten negatives until the beta. So, hang tight we gotta be patient but, it's sooooo hard.

This is my 2nd ivf cycle. Last time started testing at 6dpt and got positive but, thats pretty rare. Wait until 9dpt. I'll test again tomorrow.

But, let's just depend on that BETA FOR US. Keep me posted!

Same here :-(

I just read your post. I am in the same situation. I am 6dp5dt of a cavitating morula and on my second IVF attempt in 3 months and ALL test from Walmart have a very very light blue shadowe line but ALL First Response and Dollar Tree tests are completely negative. I have been crying none stop. I hope we are just too early to have tested and maybe our embryos implanted a little later than usual. My blood test is Thursday. Good luck on your test, I will be sending positive thoughts your way. Please let me know if any of your tests starts turning positive. Best Wishes...

me too

I'm a POAS addict and of course I started testing 4dp5dt. Today is 6dp5dt and it is still negative. On my 1st IVF cycle, I got a positive 8dp3dt so I think emotionally I had convinced myself that if I don't get a positive today, this cycle is another BFN. I'm quite sad and feel like this infertility thing has taken over my life. BFP seems so far fetched. I feel like my RE did everything he could to make this an optimal cycle and if I fail again, what guarantees I will suceed the next time around.

But I wish you three the best of luck and keep us posted! I hope there is still hope for all four of us. My beta is this Friday.

HPT still negative today. RE did not call back with results of beta. Not sure if they got them late from the lab or what. Thanks for responding and hoping for positives for each of you.

It's negative again 7dp5dt. I think I'm going to brace for the worst. And I feel like my AF wants to come except I'm still taking the PIO shots so it's probably holding the AF back for now. Nothing worse than taking PIO and injecting Lovenox daily when I've convinced myself it's already a done deal.

sas- I hope you hear good news about your beta results! I have mine tomorrow morning but I don't hear back until they get the 2nd beta next week. Well, if I POAS over the weekend and it's still neg, I think I can figure out the results for myself.

mytaylor- I wish your luck on your beta tomorrow.

Luz- your beta is today! good luck and keep us posted.

Greenmomma- Thank you for your encouraging story. I hope that is the case with all of us. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Hi everyone,

mytaylor- I'm so sorry about the BFN. I wish you luck on your next cycle.

Luz and Sas- how are you guys doing? Any updates?

GreenMomma- After I saw your post, I was holding onto my tiny hope.

Last Fri, I went in for my 1st beta test (13dpo) but did not hear back from the clinic. I tested neg on HPT as well. I was very down b/c I read a posting on another IVF forum of a patient who had a 5 day blast transfer same day as me and she got a call w/a BFP result. The nurse said they would only get back to the patients after 2nd beta unless they got really excited about the 1st result. I assumed the cycle was a bust. I did not even do HPT on Sat b/c I wanted to take a break. Well, I decided to do one last final HPT test yesterday night (10pt5dt), and it came up pos right away with EPT and faint with First Resp Rapid result. I know I should enjoy this moment, but I am very worried and cautious b/c there's all these studies out there saying most late implantation results in m/c's and most of stories I've read here are not encouraging.

Well, I posted an update to at least let people know the pos HPT can show up very late, 2 days after 1st beta. Now I'm wondering if this will be a viable pregnancy. I would love to hear some success stories at this moment. This journey is definitely not easy. My 2nd beta is tomorrow!
