Starting IVF!
Hello my name is Candace me and my husband been trying to have a baby for the last 4 years and this sept 08 we finally went to get help and we found out that my hubby sperms dont want to connect with my egg they said he has a good sperm and a good count just cant connect so as of today oct 25 im starting my follistim i think that how i spell it and next wensday i well start ganirelix and i think that how you spell that one. Im a little nerves about the shots and everything that we have to go though so im just looking for someone to help me talk about this and kinda tell me what im going though

Hey Candace - first of all - best of luck to you on this journey! I have found that the best place to interact and share information is to join in with one of the groups. I am in the Dec IVF forum. If yours is schedule for then, then just jump right in with us. If its earlier then check out the nov ivf group. Its a great way to share the journey!

Me (Sandy) - 31 DH (Jason) - 32 married - June 08 TTC - Since Aug 08  buzz - chihuahua rascal - black lab otis - lab/great pyreneesMe - high FSH, can't detect ovulation, don't produce many eggs, and frequent cysts DH - borderline low count, and borderline low motility, Great at penetrating though once they get to where they need to go May 09 - 50 mg clomid & iui -  June 09 - cysts=wait a cycle July 09 - 100 mg clomid & iui - Aug 09 - cysts=wait a cycle Sept 09 - did a clomid challenge test in prep for IVF 10/28/09 -started BCP in prep for IVF 11/22/09 - start Stims Hoping and praying  for a  for Christmas!
