Finally a BFP!
I am pregnant! I can't believe that it finally happened. I have tried for four years with clomid, IUI and IVF. We have attempted IVF 6 times, but with only two transfers. I was always cancelled for various reasons at different points of my cycles.I have had cysts, one ovary removed and both tubes removed and I am finally pregnant. I was considered a poor responder and after seeing a new RE he tried a different protocal and it finally worked for me. I am nervous, but excited. My 2nd beta looked good and I go back on Friday for my 3rd beta. I am in shock because this has been a long journey of trying to conceive. I just wanted to share my news because I never thought it would happen for me especially with only one ovary and no tubes.

DH- (33) normal 12/05 - 7/06 TTC  08/06 - 11/06 Clomid cycles 12/06 Laproscopy to unblock left tube due to blood clot 2/07 - 6/07 TTC and Letrozole cycles 6/07 Clomid challenge test, 8/07 cyst aspiratioin IUI #1 (12/07) & IUI #2 (1/08) IVF #1 - turned into IUI #33/08 started IVF, low estradiol 4/08 IVF CANCELLED 3rd IUI 4/08 IVF #2 6/08 CANCELLED allergic reaction to meds. 7/08 - Dec. 08 Break IVF #3 New RE started 3rd IVF 1/ 09 5 eggs, 2 embryos trans. 2/09 IVF #4 4/09 started Estrace, CANCELLED due to cysts Met with RE to discuss next round, but fluid in tube 6/09 Surgery to remove 2 tubes and right ovary IVF #5 7/09 CANCELLED after 12 days of meds IVF #6 - 2 ww, 3 embryos transferred October 26th-  Beta 1- 83 Beta 2 - 222 Beta 3 - 522 Beta 4 - 1610

Congratulations!!! It must feel wonderful to get that BFP after all the tries. I wish you an uneventful pregnancy and hope that your betas keep looking good.

Married for 8 years TTC for 2 1/2 years Have not O on my own for 2 years 1-1-09 Diagnosed with PCOS 6-15-09 first round of clomid 8-15-09 met with Fertility Specialist 8-23-09 had HSG -VERY PAINFUL but everything is OK 9-1-09 Went on BC pills to help regulate me 10-7-09 1st day taking Femara CD 5-9 10-18-09 Met with RE for ultrasound and trigger shot. 3 follies measuring 22, 19 and 18 11-3-09 11-05-09 CD 1 11-09-09 Started femara days 5-9 11-19-09 2 follies measuring 23 and 26! 11-20-09 8:30 am IUI scheduled.

Me - 34 DH- 36..hmm..low sperm count and morphology 09/10/09- HSG ( they think right tube is blocked  )09/16/09 - 1st ultrasound - told to come again in 2 days, eggs are 16 mm currently... 9/18/09 - 2nd ultrasound...i am ready for IUI...got an Ovidrel shot on my thigh 9/19/09 - IUI #1 at 9:00 am... 9/21/09 - RE calls and tells me my right tube is not blocked!! 10/3/09 - 10/4/09 10/14/09 - ultrasound appt. and IVF discussion with my RE! 10/16/09 - Ovidrel shot...i gave the injection myself...i am stronger than what i thought i was! 10/17/09 - IUI #2 @ 9:00 am... 11/01/09 - IVF 11/01/09 - 11/03/09 - started BCP 11/11/09 - Pap and culture, Bloodwork too 11/12/09 - IVF class 11/16/09 - Starting Lupron

Congratulations!!! I was in a similar boat and my words of wisdom are....try not to stress and try to enjoy ALL OF IT! Of course, it is impossible after such a long road, but do try to have some fun:-)

CCRM again, ER on 2/26 - retrieved 17 eggs, 14 fertilized. 4 embryos for CGH testing, 2/4 normal, 1 no result. ET 2 on 5/29!!! Beta 6/8 (10dp5dt): 214! 2nd beta- 6/10 (12dp5dt): 577! early ultrasound: 6/22 - singleton with a nice heartbeat (6w1d) 6/29 7w ultrasound- looking good:-)
