4) What is your diagnosis and age? 31, Very severe endo. DH 36, discovered poor morphology during IVF cycle
5) Did you do any medicated cycles or IUIs before IVF. How many? Any successful? 4 medicated right after major surgery. Knew it was slim chance, but DR wanted me to try since we are self pay
6) If YOU HAVE HAD ANY FAILED ATTEMPTS, WHAT WAS THE REASON? I.E. DID THEY DISCOVER A NEW ISSUE? RE believes it is all due to how severe my endo is. We had poor embryo quality. They were perfect 4AA but slowed down after day 3. We had non to freeze. Going to try one more cycle with different meds and hope for better embryo quality

5) Did you do any medicated cycles or IUIs before IVF. How many? Any successful? yes, 4 clomid cycle, no success so did laproscopy and found out both tubes are blocked. Only IVF is the option

IVF that ended in miscarriage was just a fluke I think too. They tested me for things but nothing is wrong with me.

35 - Endometriosis, male factor, poor fertilization

Six medicated IUI's - none worked.

Failed IVF #1 - complete failed fertilization - can't fertilize eggs on our own. Need ICSI
Failed IVF #2 - no "reason"
Failed IVF # 3 - No reason, 2 high quality blasts transferred
Failed IVF #4 - Only fertilized, low fertilization, transferred one, failed cycle.

I did 3 ivfs, none fert on first, 2 fert on 2nd BFP, and one fert on last but m/c at 4-5 weeks. First beta only 36 and rose slowly.

4) What is your diagnosis and age? I am 37, dh has low everything and RE said my eggs are prob bad and old bc I was a poor responder

5) Did you do any medicated cycles or IUIs before IVF. How many? Any successful? nothing.

6) If YOU HAVE HAD ANY FAILED ATTEMPTS, WHAT WAS THE REASON? I.E. DID THEY DISCOVER A NEW ISSUE? doc said my dh has "crappy sperm" and I am a my eggs are prob old. I was a very poor responder- only 3 to 4 eggs each cycle. I was just about to see a new RE then.... my DH has been on HCG shots for a few yrs and it did increase his counts.

Well- I am currently 6 weeks pregnant on my own wo any fertility txs. on cycle after my m/c.

4) What is your diagnosis and age? since 2004 I've been dx with PCOS, Ovarian Failure, Poor Egg Quality, PCO, High Responder, and Unexplained. Hubby has low sperm counts. I am 25


5) Did you do any medicated cycles or IUIs before IVF. How many? Any successful? countless clomid cycles and 3 IUI's all resulted in BFN's

If you are wondering how i got my son, he was conceived naturally 7mths after my 2nd failed IVF. complete surprise since I had been told I would never get pregnant and should give up, adopt, or use donor eggs.

2) In which # IVF cycle did you achieve #1? 1st IVF became pregnant, it was a non-viable pregnancy (never seen sac on ultrasounds). Took methotrexate & had to have a D&C as I didn't respond to the injections. D&C revealed it was in utero and not in my tubes.
3) What # IVF are you going through right now? If you had a previous birth, please use this as a NEW starting point and list your # attempt for baby #2, 3, or whatever. We will try FET sometime in Jan/Feb '10 just waiting for my body to heal.
4) What is your diagnosis and age? Me, no problems other than I don't ovulate every month, I checked out just fine. DH is a cancer survivor (leukemia age 3) and has no swimmers.
5) Did you do any medicated cycles or IUIs before IVF. How many? Any successful? We did 2 rounds of IUI's (back to back) using clomid. Both were BFN's. Our 1st IVF I did Bravelle and Menapur with Ganarelix, it worked and I had lots of mature eggies.
