My clinic never told me anything about grading so I can't answer your specific question... I just wanted to say congratulations on being PUPO and I hope your embies snuggle in tight!

I am not 100% sure, and all clinics are different. According to my clinic that would mean that you transferred 1 excellent, 1 good and 1 decent embryo, which is fantastic! Plus, we've seen countless times on here where "poor" embryos have become perfect babies! Every RE is different when it comes to bedrest, some suggest 24 hours, some up to 3 days. Good luck to you!!

grading

The four level grading system for multi-cell embryos is evaluated in the following way:
1 has the best quality, 4 the least quality
  • Grade 1: even cell division, little to no visible fragmentation
  • Grade 2: even cell division, small fragmentation (less than 20%)
  • Grade 3: uneven cell division, moderate fragmentation (more than 30%)
  • Grade 4: uneven cell division, excessive fragmentation (more than 50%)
  • A,B,C refers to the quality of the cell. A is the best, C is the least.
  • 1-grade A - , 1-grade B- , 1-grade C- they all have good self division, 1 egg has good quality cells, 1 has average, and the other has least quality cells. since u have 3 u have a good chance.
  • hope this helps
