My protocol was a short term. I was on Gonal-F and Menopur for about 1 1/2 weeks. I then did a 5000 HCG shot for fear of OHSS and a Day 3 transfer. After the transfer I didn't do very much for about 3 days. I did a little bit but still took it easy for 1 week after. I have been on 1cc of Progesterone in the morning and Progesterone Capsules at night. Hope this helps and I hope you get a BFP next time!!
