I had my ET this afternoon and ended up having to get a quick valium shot as my uterus was cramping and she was having a hard time getting the cath in right. I also have a small fibroid so that was giving her some trouble as well. That valium kicked in fast and while she was doing that John went in and got a new cath. I am a little freaked out that they didn't make it to where they were suppose to, but DH thinks he seen it on the monitor. We got a picture with an arrow on the uterus, but you can't see much. Dr Schnell was very nice today and kept squeezing my hand when she would come in. The best part of the day is that we transfered two perfect embabies and we will probably have five to freeze. Thanks for all the support ladies.

well that was no fun. another day of waking up way too early and driving to the dr for ultrasound and bloodwork...another day of waiting. my emotions are running thin. I will have to go back again atleast once before trigger. it feels like this is going to go on forever.

i'm going to take a little break from treatment and lose the 15lbs i have put on. hell, i might even make it 20. at least that's one thing i have control over in my body. after that i'm going to try and talk the hubby into doing one more fresh cycle with his sperm. he's wanting to go the donor sperm route, so we'll see.

what's killing me is that i've become pregnant before, without treatments, with his sperm 2 1/2 years ago. his count was around 20 million at the time. ever since then, we've done countless iui's and 2 fresh ivf/icsi cycles. nothing! my head is spinning!

also, i'm not leaving this place. i truly want to see miracles happen and all of you gals are awesome again, thank you all so much for your support, and i'm hoping to see lots of dreams come true!

I'm so sorry Heather! I've been praying for you! I wasn't able to log-on this weekend but I knew your Beta was today and I was really praying to see a post from you about your BFP!

Congratulations!!! I'm so glad to sign on and see a , either the BCP's are doing a number on me or I'm just anxious about moving on to shots this week but I am so worried about all the negatives I've been reading lately....I don't know how I'd hold up as well as some of you ladies have.

I keep telling myself the only issue we have is tubes, we actually have children together already....but there are still unknown factors that show up with everyone Not to mention IVF isn't an exact science yet....so again, I think I'm just anxious and the BCP's are making me weepy.

Again, I'm so happy that you had a BFP Jenifer!!! It raises my hopes. Can't wait to hear your Beta!...well I guess they'll give it to you Wednesday after the second one?

Thanks Indie Blue! First Beta is wednesday, so I cant wait to her what it is. Our issues are MTHFR and tubes, that is why I am on Folsgard and Lovenox injections post ET.

BCP's- made me super moody. Hang in here, your going to be "shooting yourself" before you know it!

Jenifer - How are the Lovenox shots treating you?? I have to take those too and I'm scared of them for some reason...lol. I went to get my prescription filled for them and it was $196 for a 30 day supply!!! So I am getting them via mail order from Medco and it will only cost me $35 for a 90 day supply...MUCH better!!!
I'm going to be on Lovenox for an auto-immune disorder but I don't have the MTHFR that I know of...hope it's ok to take it!

Kristin - I've got 3 different clotting problems. Dr Schnell prescibed the Lovenox and Folsgard.. I pray that is all I'm gonna need. Still nervous til my first Beta and U/S though. I got a 30 day for $35 too. I hate the shots.. guess cause I'm getting tired of sticking myself. My tummy is a mess. Guess I hit a vein or someting on Saturday morning. I have a bruise the size of a golf ball... and it's so tender. I put ice on it. Then sunday, another bruise - but way smaller.... Ouchie!

Yeah, that's the part about the Lovenox that I'm not looking forward too. At least the shots start after the ER. Did she say how long you would need to be on them?? I'll do anything to help ensure a healthy pregnancy so if shots are required I'll do them. I just haven't been officially declared having a clotting disorder so wasn't sure why she put me on the Lovenox unless it's for the autoimmune problems. Guess I'll add that to my questions to ask!
