Yeah, Heather...I was starting to worry about her too. It doesn't look like the clearwater clinic was doing so well...I wonder if they are doing something different on the study than the other folks are?? Did you guys use Gonal-F/Follistim and Menopur? The only other thing I can think of is that all of you guys did 3dt right?? But I don't know how that all works.

How are you doing honey?? When is your trip to Europe?? Can I go with you?? I'll be quiet!! Well, ok, that's a lie...but we'd have a blast!!! LOL!

OK Sheri- Here is to prove to you that the extra week of Lupron didn't over suppress me! LOL

I have been on stims 3 days and my level today was 405!!! She said that my level was elevated so I need to not take any Follistim tonight or tomorrow and only take my 1 vial of Menopur and .05 of Lupron. I go back Wednesday at 10 for more bloodwork. I was kinda hoping for an u/s this day but she said not yet. So I guess after my b/w on Wednesday then I will know if I go back on Thursday or Friday for an u/s.

they put us 4 from here (plus my local friend) on 150 bravelle / 150 menopur. every one of us had the same protocol including 3dt's. what i noticed is that all of us had a high number of arresting embryos and none of us had any to freeze. i'm no re or embryologist, but i suspect their incubating process or perhaps their embryologist isn't all that great. 0/5 is just horrible. ugh, i should have never canceled my appt w/ corm

i'm doing ok, some days good, some bad. oh, and i'm planning on going to jamaica (i wish it was europe!) i haven't finalized my arrangements yet, i might hold out and try to save some $ by getting a last minute deal. i'm also having difficulty choosing a resort. i need to get on that, LOL!

how are you feeling? any morning sickness?

Yeah...I'm thinking the lab. Were you all on the same dosage or did they vary that around? I hope they varied that around.

I went to Jamaica a few years ago...had a BLAST! We did an all-inclusive at the Wyndham Rose which was ok...but they had terrible food selection and if you didn't make a dinner reservation the minute you got there for every night in advance than you were stuck with cafe food. However, when you go ask for a "Hummingbird" drink...I fell in LOVE with them...yummy...

I feel fine...don't even feel pregnant really...no morning sickness, no fatigue....nothing...which is really why I'm worried about my beta's doubling correctly because I'd sort of like to feel something!!

Kari & Sheri - Sounds like you guys have some fantastic eggies brewing!!!

Ok, so here's a funny one for you guys...I don't know if my little bean is pressing on something or what, but last night I had the BIG O in my sleep...I mean THE BIG O!! So that woke me up and then like right after that I had these horrible cramps and it felt like my uterus was doing somersaults! It hurt for like 5 minutes, these just horrible, intense cramps. Has anybody else had this issue yet?? Am I like some freak of nature?? I'm so scared I like dislodged the baby they were so intense!! I'm a weirdo I think...

I went for my blood preg. test today and the nurse just called. PREGNANT! She said my level was excellent 407. I asked if this could indicate twins but she could not tell me. I hope everyone else who went today for their beta had success.

I went for my beta today. The nurse just called. I don't know why I went in at 8 am. I was just called with the results at 4 pm. What a long wait! My level was at 407 - BFP!! I also asked if that level could indicate twins. But the nurse could not say. I hope everone else who had their beta today had success.

Just wanted to pop in and say Jamaica is great!!! You'll have a blast!! I got married there. We stayed at Grand Lido Braco. The "all-inclusive" part is the best!!!!

That is a wonderful beta #- I would tend to think twins!!!

Sheri- Yea I don't know why with this study they aren't doing the u/s on the Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule like normal. Maybe they are only allowed to do so many u/s per the study? I have no idea but it would have been nice to have one on Wednesday! But she said b/w only so I said OK see you then.

Kristen- you crack me up!!! I don't even know how to answer that but it made me laugh!

I went to Jamaica but it was only a day stop on a cruise we took. It was really nice though!

I'm thinking the lab might be to blame some. 0/5 isn't very good odds at all. I will say this-when I did my cycle on Bravelle I did horrible on it. Which surprised me because I would normally stim well on Gonal F/Follistim. Maybe it was the drug?

If you are really interested in going to CORM I overheard the nurses talking in the front when I was checking out on Thursday that there is going to be another study in the fall. Maybe you could email Maryanne and ask to be put on some kind of waiting list of some sort.
