HI everyone! Well, I just got home from the ER! They got 11 eggies, so now we wait! I was hoping for more, but it's quality not quantity right?? Anyway, I'm a little tired, so I am going to catch up with everyone later!! Thank you for all the good wishes and hopefully tomorrow I'll have more on the fertilization report!! Talk soon!

11 is a great number!!! Just remember, it only takes one.

I'm still waiting for AF to show up. She's now late and getting on my nerves. I'm ready to get the show on the road.

Hope everybody is doing well.

Arrow Kristen

Hi ladies, I just wanted to let you know that Kristen is having a pretty crappy day today. She had to go to the clinic because of all the pain she was feeling after her ER. It turns out she has a bladder infection that is causing even more pain than the cramping from the ER.
She also got her fert report today and she had one out of the 6 mature eggs fertilize. Please say some extra prayers and send some positive vibes her way the next few days. That little embaby needs to grow healthy and strong!

Angry Cost Clarification - Please!

Hi ladies... May I join? I am a new lurker as well! I am participating in the CORM study in Houston and I would like someone - anyone - clarify their costs? I am a good ways into the study, I think, and when DH and I met with MaryAnne, I asked her to clarify the cost out of pocket for us. She said that we just have to pay for the $500 facility fee and what "regular everyday meds" that my insurance covers, i.e., antiboitics, etc. Duramed covered the BCPs,and I am already out of pocket $99 more for the other meds needed for ER day. Today I get a phone call from Freedom pharmacy saying that I need to anty-up $2039.00 for the med pack. WTH??? I have a call into MaryAnne to find out what is up. She told me in the beginning that meds were covered, and I specifically told her at the beginning in front of DH, God and myself that my insurance covered Nothing!!!! Zilch!!! Is anyone in this situation?

The meds should be covered by Duramed. If they're not then someone did some fast talking. I'm only on the bcps and antibiotics right now. I paid for those out of pocket because I didn't want to pay the FedEx overnight bill to ship them to me since I live out of town. It's also possible that there is just a mix up and the pharmacy was supposed to bill the clinic and not you. What were the meds for ER day that were needed? I'm interested to know what the deal is. Was the bill for lupron or stims? Also which trial are you on? There are differences. I'm on the progesterone trial.
