Congrats Suzyque! That's an extremely high number! I'll be anxious to hear how many days past transfer you tested?

Kristen - The Big O during the night, if that's you're only pregnancy symptom - Amen Sista! I've never heard of that, pregnant or not, but sounds like fun! I would not worry at all about your beta number. I did a lot of research on beta numbers after I got my 3rd beta to see what was normal and the normal for that many days past transfer is 1060 - you're not far from that at all. CORM just seems to have extremely great results and you have to try to stop comparing with just CORM and look at the national numbers too - that should help to ease your mind.

Sheri and Kari - glad to hear that you two are responding so well! Good luck stimming this week.

Stacey (TX) - what time are you going for your u/s Friday? I go at 1:30pm. I can't wait!!! I'm still feeling "full" in the abdomen area and still sore nipples (though that seems to come and go). I still seem tired a lot and I get exhausted quickly if I try to do anything. I'm not sleeping well at night either. I just seem to toss and turn. Just very anxious for Friday already!

Courtney, congrats on twins!!! That's awesome!

Kristen, try not to worry about your beta (I know, easier said than done!), my RE told me that everyone is different, and as long as it's above that 1.68 mark, it's fine. I think everything is totally fine with you.

Suz, congrats! You're !!!!

Just very anxious for Friday already![/quote]

Hello Ladies! Congrats to the BFP's how exciting! As for me, we have had a houseful since Saturday so life is busy. I am still taking it easy, lots of people to take care of me As for how I am feeling, I can honestly say I FEEL PREGNANT! I am peeing all the time, FULL abdomen, sore boobs/nipples, smell sensitivity, heartburn and nausea from time to time, tired and not able to sleep too well! My mom keeps looking at my usually relatively flat stomach and making comments. We are so excited for Friday. Our appointment is at 9:30 Friday morning. I will update when I get home but it may be later in the afternoon because depending on our bean count we may be getting a new bedroom suite! I really want a KING size bed to help accomodate my growing belly However, if we have two beans we may just buy a new bed and not the whole set so that we can buy lots of great things for the babies!

Have a great evening! Happy Anniversary Kristen! We are not doing much tonight with the family in town, but we will have lots to celebrate on Friday!

Can I ask one more question? Is anyone else having some discharge throughout the day? According to what I have read it is normal, but just wanted to find out if my buddies are feeling the same thing!

Yes, I have discharge pretty much all of the time. It's clear and not real heavy, but enough to notice. I've also read that it's normal. Can't wait to hear your bean count Friday!

Hey guys...did you know that if you say "I don't feel pregnant" that is actually a curse you are giving to yourself to suddenly start feeling very pregnant!?!?!? Good grief!! So I wrote that yesterday and it was true and boy last night, upset stomach bad, then up at least 5 times in the night peeing (so far had been managing with only getting up once, maaaaybe twice a night) and feeling like a truck hit me this morning I was so tired....so yeah...if you want to "feel pregnant" just say..."I don't feel pregnant" and whammo...there it will be!!

Not sure if anything exciting is going on today...we're all just eagerly anticipating Stacey (TX) and Cheli's bean counts this Friday...I bet you both have twins...lol!!

question for the BFP ladies...

So since I began all this IF stuff, and having two back to back IVFs...I've put on a LOT of weight...add to that being pregnant and bloated...I just feel like I already look 4 months pregnant. So here's my dilemma...I can't hardly fit into my regular clothes anymore and I don't want to buy larger clothes...but maternity clothes make me look way more pregnant than I already am!! So since I'm not wanting to really tell my coworkers until I'm at least 8-12 weeks along...what would you do? Say screw it and wear the really comfy maternity tops and worry about the comments later? Or try to hide until after first trimester and just buy some bigger clothes?? Right now I'm wearing jackets and stuff...but it's kind of hot outside and not so comfortable!! But my other clothes are so tight and it has to be obvious to people that I've either gotten really fat or I'm pregnant...

Hello all! I have been out of town for the holiday weekend and was not around a computer. But I did get some awesome news before I left!! .
My first BETA was 852!! Has anyone else had that high of a number from their first Beta? I went in for my second one today, and my first U/S is on the 18th.
I am sooo excited and blessed. It really hasn't hit me yet, but it all worked out, and I am sooo excited to be !

My clothes are getting very, very tight on me too. I thought it was just me. I am soo bloated and uncomfortable, but like you, I don't want to buy bigger clothes yet, or maternity clothes. But I guess we just need to do whatever is going to make us the most comfortable, right?

My first BETA was 852!! Has anyone else had that high of a number from their first Beta? I went in for my second one today, and my first U/S is on the 18th.
I am sooo excited and blessed. It really hasn't hit me yet, but it all worked out, and I am sooo excited to be !

My clothes are getting very, very tight on me too. I thought it was just me. I am soo bloated and uncomfortable, but like you, I don't want to buy bigger clothes yet, or maternity clothes. But I guess we just need to do whatever is going to make us the most comfortable, right?

Ya!! Hopeful. We were all worring about you girl..
That is a huge #1 beta. Wow.. Maybe more than one bean in there ...Congrats girl...Great news..

YEAH HOPEFUL!!! We've been worried!!!! I'm so glad that you let us know and yes that is a HUGE beta! How many dpt did you get the beta done?? How many did you put back?? Congratulations!!!

Now I get to update my list...woohoo!! LMAO!!

EDITED: Ok, I just looked at your siggy...your got your beta at 14dp3dt when most of us are getting our betas at 9dp5dt...so that would explain why your beta is so big compared to most of us. It's still a FANTASTIC number though!!! Congrats!!

to shop or not to shop

Fantastic number Hopeful!

Kristen- I'm still waiting for the BFP, but I wanted to weigh in (excuse the pun) on the clothes issue. There are a lot of cute tops that are not maternity that will hide a "muffin top" (you know... when your tummy hangs over the top of your pants )Most of the girls I've seen lately have been wearing tops that are not so fitted anymore and they are definitely not pg. Good luck!

Yeah...I know...I see those tops too...but when you get preg, your boobs grow too and so every top I tried on (non-maternity) still made me look pregnant too...I think I'm going to buy some t-shirts and start layering with jackets for a few weeks...lol. It might just be the way my body is built or something...ugh.
