How are you feeling these days Kristen? Any better? I think I still felt yucky at 11 weeks. I really hope things get better for you soon if you still feel bad.

My beta is in! I'm
 with a beta of 101! I had my blood drawn this moring and they usually don't call until after 4. I had e-mailed my study coodinator to see if she could speed up the process and she e-mailed my beta # to me. The nurses are supposed to call me with instuctions, but I have no idea what they could tell me. On another note, all you gel users: How are you dealing with the 'build-up' of gel? What does DH think? I know he won't be able to hold out for 12 weeks, but right now there is no way I'm about to let anything go on 'down there'. Hopefully this isn't TMI. Oh, by the way... did I mention that I'm PREGNANT?

Yeah, the gel is yucky, but I'm still glad I don't have to put a ring in & go digging for it a week later!

OKAY - I think that it is real!
Okay so I have been taking the Dollar Tree pregnancy tests!
I got I faint line on Day 6, Day 7, and Day 8. My DH really thought that since it was a faint line that it just was not something that was really working. So he insisted that we go to Walmart and get a "real-test"! I let him pick it out and he got the Equate version of the EPT. Well I went home (and did not want to wait) and peed away~! WOW it was - Right away! The plus sign appeared almost right away!I am so excited but wanting to keep  !Megan

Megan (mjones) - Yippeee!! Woohoo!! That was exactly my first beta too...so of course I think it is perfect!! LOL! I also have the gel and I can't bring myself to BD with DH either...it's been a while, but I'm almost done with the gel so I told him he can hang in there just a little while longer
 Megan (martieroo) - AWESOME! I think it's true too! Next go buy those digital ones that say PREGNANT or NOT PREGNANT....that will really tell you!! Hollie - I'm doing ok...had a horrible migraine earlier this week which I'm hoping is ok. I had to take some drugs Dr. Schnell called me in and it was WILD...felt like I was on some acid trip! Hoping that the babies made it through all that! Have my 12 week u/s Monday so I'm anxious for that to get here. Have my first MFM appt on Friday, Aug 29 so I'm very excited to get to that!

Wow, things seem to be going great on here! I am so happy for all the good news!
We had our twelve week appointment and everything was good. Our little one was so active it was amazing. We measured 5 days ahead and he/she has a beautiful heartrate of 158! We were released from CORM and I gladly turned in my rings It was a great experience and I am so thankful Kristen that you started this post so that all of us could be part of the study.So on to TMI...DH and I have not had "relations" since Jun 6th! So that was a long time ago, I was just too nervous to in the first trimesters! So...last night he decided was our night and afterwards I had the slightest three little spots of pink staining, do you think this is normal. There were a couple little spots on the tp at 3:00 this morning but nothing since, and no cramps or anything. Should I be concerened or is this normal? Anyone else experiencing daily headaches? Man they are rough and I went back to work a week ago and it makes for a long day when my head is throbbing!

Chinadoll - Is it a requirement to wait that long? I'm really impressed y'all made it that long! My hubby was shocked and probably scared! LOL! I'm sure everything is fine, but I don't have experience with that stage yet....I would call Dr. Schnell just to ease my mind....Best of Luck to you!

 So happy for you!! This is more TMI - WARNING - gross - the nurse practitioner told me at CORM that the gel would build up and be nasty. Sometimes it will fall out on its own, or TMI you can manually remove it carefully of course. This helped me a lot even though it's nasty. I hated the gel with a passion, and was soooo happy when I was done with it. We didn't have relations for a long time. After my first u/s, dr said I could take a bath, and that helped clean things up enough to where I felt comfortable with relations. Megan M - Yay!!!!!! I can't wait to hear your beta!! But if you are getting all those + tests girl you are .Kristen - Sorry about the migraine and the acid trip... I really hope Dr. S finds another medicine to give you that will help without making you miserable. Stacey - Good to hear from you girl! Congrats on the good u/s. It's so fun and amazing to see the baby moving around! Just wait till you can feel it... It's a party going on in my belly! I think your spotting is ok since it was super light, but you could call in just to check. They may advise no relations for a while. And I have a lot of headaches too. They seem to have gotten a little better lately, and Tylenol usually helps. I'm doing good just getting bigger! I'm excited that I'm feeling the baby move around. DH got to feel a few kicks this weekend too. It was fun. My anatomy u/s is Friday, so hopefully all the little body parts will look good.
