 are with you! I was just reading on the internet about a cerclage and it sounds like it's very effective at stopping premature births! So hopefully it will be smooth sailing after this! I know you've got to be so scared - just try to rest and relax and keep the twins happy! We'll all be thinking about you.

Kristen - I hope your procedure goes ok. It is so great that they can do this to help keep those babies in there.
Lua - That's great that you are doing your transfer! Good luck! Megan M - Yay!!  for your great beta! I can't wait for more news.We are back from our evacuation. We went to San Antonio. The trip there and back was not fun with pretty bad traffic, but we had fun while we were there. I'm glad to be back home. I'm still waiting to hear from my OB about an appt with the perinatologist. Baby boy is still kicking and moving!

09/09 is our first US!

Kristen - how did the procedure go? I hope all is well with the twins.
Megan (s) - both of you look great. I think you might both have TWO babies! Good luck on your upcoming ultrasounds. Seeing that little heartbeat is the biggest relief ever. You'll love it! I'm 15 weeks preggo now and doing just fine. Not really showing much yet and not much weight gain. Not that I'm complaining, I'd just like people to be able to tell already! Starting to get my energy back and that's a huge relief. Trying to eat healthier now too. I go back to my OB next week for my 4 mo check up. No more u/s until 20 weeks. Hope all you other ladies are continuing to do well...

Hi Cheli - I am doing better, thank you for asking!! I think the babies are doing ok...they have been through a lot since Wednesday (a lot of pills and medication)...I have an appt tomorrow for a checkup so will find out more then. I can't believe you aren't showing much yet!?!?! I look like a HOUSE!!! I'm HUGE!!! I guess that's the twins...the funny thing is I have lost five lbs...but I'm still big, so I must be losing it in water retention or something...

Cheli - I'm glad you're doing ok. I wasn't showing until about 18 or 19 weeks, and just now I think people can tell I'm pregnant. Don't worry, it will happen soon enough. Kristen - I'm so glad you're doing better and got that procedure behind you. Hopefully you will have smooth sailing for a while.

Man I am like the exorcist. I feel like I can't hold anything down. Anything and everything makes me sick. Had a doctor's appointment on September 2nd. They just listened to the heartbeats. No ultrasound. My next appointment is on September 30th for an ultrasound and to see or hopefully see the sexes of the babies. Seems like we are always waiting on something. They called today to reschedule my appointment which was scheduled for September 23rd. I was thinking that Sept. 23rd was a ways away than they added another week. That sucks. Oh well. I guess I'll live.

I had my ultrasound today and finally got to find out that baby a is indeed a GIRL!!! I'm so excited to have one of each!!
I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow and have gained a total of 8 1/2 lbs. I look like i've gained about 20. I hope everyone is doing good.

Sounds like everyone is doing great! I had my first ultrasound today and there is one bean! We also heard the heartbeat, strong at 123bpm. Measuring right on schedule, 6 weeks 3 days. I have a long way to go to catch up to everybody. Not that I will actually catch up, but you know what I mean. I am just hungry all the time and I can't get enough sour/salty stuff. My mouth is watering now just thinking of it. Must go stuff my face!
