Traci - Don't let my ET story scare you. I am just the kind of girl that when I have to pee, I have to pee! You will do great. (If you have one more sip of water to drink, just think twice about it!)

Nikki - Will they tell you then when ER will be?

I am slow when it comes to movies but while I am at home on bedrest I plan on reading a good book. I have the started the series by Stephenie Meyer: Twilight series. I am on the 2nd book and want to finish the 3rd book by the time the new one comes out in August. Just a suggestion.

As for my ER - it depends on my follicles. I go tomorrow and then Monday, Tues and Wed until they tell me I am 'ripe for the picking'. So it is either Monday, Wed, Thurs or Friday.

Oh, and when I said that I don't have many side-effects from the stimms, I forgot to mention teary-eyed-ness, mood swings and generally feeling unmotivated - though that last one might be my usual procrastination.

I agree with Traci - don't give up hope yet. You will get there soon.

I just got back from my U/S and B/W apt. My RE said I was doing great. I have 10 follicles (6 mature) on my right ovary and 9 follicels (7 mature) on my left ovary. My E2 on Tuesday was 955. I thought that was a little high, but my nurse told me that that is a great number b/c it shows my eggs are mature. I guess eggs "live" off estrogen and when you are producing a lot it is a good thing. Anyone know? I will get my E2 number this morning. I have to go in again tomorrow for another U/S. They might move my retrieval up to Monday. I can't believe it's here!

Irene-we have the EXACT same protocol with stims (Follistim 225IU and 1 Menopur) starting on 3/28. My RE scheduled my ER for 4/4, so I wouldn't be worried about getting your dates pushed back. Also, the number of follies you have sounds great. I think I have fewer than you, and my RE told me that it was good.

Nikki, I agree. I will be armed with books as well as movies when I am on bedrest. I love to read a good book and have my mind somewhere else for a while. And with our minds being so overactive lately we are going to need some downtime.

Kayla - I would definitely talk to RE first. That is not cool if what she is telling you is true.

Corinne - CONGRATS on passing your boards. That is a great milestone!

Prayingforbabies - you are making EXCELLENT progress. Can't wait to hear when your ER is.

Cathy - good to see you back. You have been quiet today. Everything ok?

That is so me! I already have my list of books/movies to read/watch after my ET. I have put my holds on all the library books I want. It's better to prepare and to keep your mind from going crazy!

I just saw a post that said your DH is in the room with you when they do the ER... Is that true?

It's the post about what to do about trimming "down there" LOL - it's a funny thread too.

Jerseyjandj - You're a superstar! Grow, embies!

Corinne - Congratulations! My BIL went back to school to be an RN at 45 and he's going to get his cert this month.

midsouthrei - I would be very upset, too, and I'd insist on talking to the RE before your test. You don't want to be worrying about too many things at your test apt. Besides, you might want to go somewhere else if that's an option, because this really sounds like a bait-and-switch to me.

Thanks everybody for the reassurances. It's just hard to be patient and be happy with whatever numbers I get. I only have to remember that the only number that really matters is the beta!
