About to leave for RE office for b/w and u/s. It will not be till 3 or 4 Illinois time till I find out if I have progressed or if I am cancelled. So nervous. I am trying to prepare for the worst but hoping for the best.
If I get canceled I am not sure how much more we will need to pay. That is the problem. This is all out of pocket..I am not sure how much more in debt we can go.
Let you all know when I get news

I also have a question. I had my baseline today with a OBGYN office that is NOT my clinic. But, they are in my hometown, so it saves me some driving. Accordingly, the nurse new nothing about where I was in my treatment cycle. After the US she said "well you only have one follical and your lining is really really thin." When I told her this was my baseline and so thin lining was good and the follical was probably a cyst .. she actually argued with my and said it looked like a follical.

It could possibly be a follicle. I was on 10 units lupron for 13 days, and at my baseline I had 2 follicles. I was then told to up it to 20 units for 5 more days. Unfortunately, only 1 follicle went away, and the other kept growing. So, my IVF cylce got cancelled, & we did another IUI with the one follicle. However, it was a result of my BC not being strong enough...it messed up my whole cycle

Of, course this may not be your case, so don't worry too much. I know I was searching for answers when I was going through everything Keep us updated.

So this is what it feels like. I am pleasantly sore and stiff... have been sleeping on and off! Just got on to update my girls!! They got 12 eggs. Dont know how many are mature though. And one dip of the needle and they found LOTS of sperms. So I am very happy!!!! Its the first date between my eggs and my DHs sperm. I hope my eggs dont act pricey and let his sperm do their 'thing'!!

hey girls....
i tried to post last night but something went wrong... anyway it really was a long and thoughtful post so today it's short and sweet as I am off.
yobaby, this is a great place and a little addictive.

So my results which i was unsuccessful at posting the chart and think that my have been the cause for the lost post.... there are good but not great .... and i am only praying that at least one takes but i would be glad to have all. So out of the 12 embabies... only 3 are normal and 1 possibly normal. A few others would be compatible with life but severe complications and most would have been miscarriages. so i am thankful to be spared but still wishing they were all normal. Anyway i am blessed to have three and i am praying that when i get to my ET that those 3 goodies are still growing cells.... please God....let my embabies make it.

Okay my best thoughts are also with you girls. lets keep April hopping with hope and December -Jan popping with babies.

Hi my April buddies,

Gotta quick question. My DH is going to be out of town next Friday, and of course he gives me my nightly PIO shots in the rear. Just for that one night could I give myself the shot in the upper thigh, or should I call my nurse friend to do it like normal?

GracieB- I am so sorry about the complications. However, 3 or 4 are great numbers, and we'll pray they are all there at your ET I know it must be hard waiting it out...stay positive. You have lots of people cheering you on

Well, actually I just took the herbs for two weeks back in January when I was not cycling so as to not interfere with anything. But my acupuncturist prescribed 8 different raw herbs that I had to make into a tea. Not sure what the herbs were, but the purpose of them was to cleanse my uterus of old blood/other stuff that would have prevented a pregnancy. Whatever he prescribed is working because my body is back to normal! I am still going for my weekly acupuncture treatments.
