Yobaby .. I would highly consider taking off work .. certainly during the 2ww and then maybe ask your doctor.

On a different note (all about me) I have to be on lupron one more week because my E2 level was a little high (they want it under 100 and mine was 164). So .. I'm crossing my fingers for next Thursday. They said the "follicle" was proably a small cyst and not a big deal.

This does, however, mess up my entire work plan because I'm suppose to be traveling with my boss the week I will now be doing my transfer. It will not be a good conversation when I cancel at the last minute .. but, what can I do. When I'm pregnant, I am sure I won't remember that I should have went on that one trip.

I'm hoping for David A. on American Idol.

Tara.

No date for IUI

Hi,

I still don't have a date for the IUI. I'm getting b/w & u/s again tomorrow A.M. At last check I had 2 follicles at 12 and one other that is lagging behind a bit. Slowly getting there I guess.....I'm now just on 300u of Gonal-F a day. What a treat, just one injection a day instead of five!

Things are really rolling along for you ladies! Hopefully alot of BFPs coming soon!

Now Tap, I am rooting for David C. on Idol. I know he had an off week this week but he is pretty consistant! Although I do find him somewhat smug. Loved his rendition of "Hello".

Great news..just heard from RE we are staying in the cycle. E2 is at 355, which is not as high as they would like it at this point but I am progressing. So I go in Sunday and am hoping that it keeps rising!! I am so happy!!!

I have an appt. tomorrow anyway so I'm going to talk to them then. This is all new to me. I have never had any fertility treatments before this. We just went right to adoption when I was diagnosed.

Should they have scheduled my IUI already and how large do my follicles need to be? I know I only have 3 follicles but I am really getting bloated!

hopefully pupo with twins

hey girls... you all sound like you are moving along great.

So Cathy, Traci & everyone else thanks for my well wishes. I survived ET, which was not bad at all.
And the much awaited update is that the possible number 4 quit on me and of those 3 going strong.... and all by the Grace of God the normal ones... well 2 were developing to what my RE felt great and 1 was lagging. So he told me that he would prefer to transfer only the 2 going strong... he expalined "that transferring 3 didn't actually increase my chances of getting pregnant but said that if i did get pregnant then 3 meant increased multiples." He said that even with 2 transferred. i still have the chance 5-20% of triplets. So i will pray and take all that God blesses me with.
So we transferred the 2 great ones... he said he was suprised by them as he didn't expect me to be so lucky not only because of of my translocation but also because of my age. He also explained that most people doing pgd have pretty looking abnormal embabies and ugly appearing normal embabies .. so that mine appearing good and being the normal ones was me beating the odds again . I hope with God and prayers I keep beating those odds. As my sister said... mother nature has no idea how determined i am. Okay about my sweet embabie that was lagging... well if she catches up soon... she gets to be a frostie for awhile and hopefully a future daughter on mine. And those 2 looking good... well hopefully i am pupo with twins.... and they are both boys. I am trying to rest but so excited, itis hard to believe that this morning i wanted to be pregnant and that as of now, i am.
So my thoughts, prayers and best wishes remains with the group.
To those waiting for , i pray she comes soon.
To those starting Stims, may it all pass quick and easy.
To those going for ER, may you have plenty of good eggs, not hyperstimulate and the process be painless.
To those going for ET, may your embabies be great and plentiful.
To those on the famous 2ww, may we all not go crazy and have to share.
To those who are in need of a hug... may you find comfort in knowing we are all here rooting you on and may the time to start again come soon.

Crazy Dog, DH in New York!!

Well, DH is in New York....a trip I should have been on also but RE said I had to stay in town for monitoring!! (What a bummer!!) And on top of it all we adopted a boxer dog last weekend that has been in a foster home for a while and she is CRAZY!!! So I am left alone with a dog that keeps chewing on me and biting me. I'm sure she's doing it because she wants to play and is losing her baby teeth but I am not use to 'biting' dogs. Of all the puppies I have had in my life and raised she is definitely the worse!!! And at this point in the process of IVF, stressing over a dog is the last thing I need!!! This weekend is a true test since DH is away and he is the only one she listens to, this will determine if we keep her or not. The thing is, DH has grown very attached to her, me on the other hand...... I'm still leaning towards getting a labroador puppy that we can raise from a young age and doesn't have abuse issues like this boxer we adopted. Anyway, thanks for letting me rant!!! I can't really complain to anyone else because DH's entire family are animal lovers and they all keep telling me "Oh! She's just a puppy, she'll get over it!" Or "She just wants to play!" In the meantime, they're not the ones getting chewed on, bitten, and basically needing to lock herself up in the bedroom just to get some work done!!! Ugh!!!

It's been almost 36 hours since my ER and I'm still very uncomfortable. Is this okay? I don't seem to be gaining sudden weight or having trouble urinating or any of the warning signs. Why do I still feel like I have two huge bags of water in my belly and want to walk bent over?

I did the progesterone shot today and it wasn't bad. The DH was going to do it, but I was setting it up and then I just decided to stick myself. I wish I'd done my HCG shot in my butt, since I still have a bruised knot in my stomach where I shot myself SubQ.

How annoying that everyone else is telling you how great the puppy is when they don't have to live with her! This doesn't seem like a good time to have that stress, especially with DH gone ...
