My beta is Monday and now I am considering whether or not I should POAS tomorrow morning or not. I had told myself, I was not going to, but now I am reconsidering. I have 2 sticks just sitting there in a box ready for me to use. .... I would be a lot easier if I had to go out and buy them!
POAS or not? .... That is the question! What do you gals think?

well a part of me say NO put down the evil stick!!! and the other one says hmmmmmm..... boy i think i need to potty now ... and since there n the closet anyways...... hard question i have 2 waiting for me at home too .. and im planning on poas on tue... but i am settin my self up because if i get a bfn ill drive myself nut.... how mentally stable are you ...

no frostie for me... but please God a BFP soon
So today's update is ..
my little girl embabie did not make it, so no frostie here. But still on the positive side is the PUPO boy twins that i am praying are implanting like crazy. Traci... glad you slept well...with all that's going on we all need some good sleep. Cathy... i'm hoping the truck deal works out and  o but not all at once.Pags... those are great numbers. i hope you get a and some frosties for later.Holly... i am so sorry about the demon dog.  I am a dog lover but you have too much going on now to deal with that. maybe one of those friends could take him for a few days until DH is back. I would do that for a friend. Irena... i am so sorry for you too having so much pain. i hope it passes quickly. and i would call the RE and tell him how much you are hurting, maybe he can call something in for you.  LittleLadySky... thank you and have a blessed day too. Jersey... you are so close the Isabel... are you still around, haven't seen you in awhile and hoping you are great. My RE's office told me no water or anything JUST gatorade. It helps with the electrolytes. CONGRATS on the 9 follicles. CathyH - good for you. Glad to hear that you gave those ladies a piece of your mind. CarrBear - CONGRATS on starting STIMS. Marcia9043 - I would personally wait for BETA. Hi everyone!
So I have been lurking on this board for quite some time and I finally decided to join in. You all have been so helpful and it really has made this experience so much easier. I am currently doing my first IVF cycle. I am going to trigger tonight and the ER is scheduled for Monday. I have sooo many questions and I don't know where to start. I was hoping someone could help answer some questions for me. Here's my background... My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years (with no luck). I started lupron back in March and started Follistim on 4/4/08. I was put on 125 units of Follistim until 4/9 when they lowered my dosage to 50 units. After that, I was told to stop using the Follistim but keep up with the Lupron. Apparently, I have responded very well to the medications and have 20 or so folliciles. My estrodil levels aren't too high but they aren't low. So here are my questions... 1. Today I woke up to tons of vaginal discharge. Is this normal? It is sort of like the amount I get before I ovulate. Should I be freaking out? 2. Have any of you ever hyperstimulated? I'm so affraid that I will since they took me off the meds and I have so many follicles. 3. Any advice for a newbie about the trigger the rest of the process? Thanks again for all your help. You have no idea what a blessing it has been to have found this site.

Thanks for the welcome!
Unfortunately I don't know my E2 levels. But I do know that my follicles are about size 17 (as of yesterday) and they said my uterus lining is "triple." But I don't have any numbers  As for the trigger... I am taking Novarel. Not sure what SQ or IM means, I'm so green! I am using a small needle if that helps...

Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining 7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells 8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood 9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops 10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops 11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT This is what happens in a 5dt: -1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing 0dpt... Hi everyone,
I had b/w & u/s this A.M. and I am good to trigger tonight. My IUI is scheduled for Mon. at 11:30 A.M. For those of you debating on POAS, I say just do it! Have a great day everyone!

HI APRIL LADIES!!!!
I know I've been MIA lately which is completely unlike me! Well, Thurs night, my DH was like "let's go to Vegas" (we both had Fri off), and so we took off! May as well while we still can! Last night we saw "LOVE" (the Beatles show by Cirque du Soleil) and it was awesome!! i've been taking my shots and meds like a good little girl Okay, I have to run, and I didn't have time to read any posts (like 30 pages worth in 2 days?!?! WOW!), but when i get back to FL tomorrow night, I'll log on then!! Just stopping by to say hi!! Hope everyone is doing GREAT! XOXO

Dog update
Well I just love the ladies at Pet Smart!! After my RE apt this morning I went to find some more chew toys that would suffice Chloe
instead of me. I ended up talking to the manager and another worker for about an hour today!!! They gave me some great advice to stop her from biting on me and things that will keep her busy chewing. So, she is busy now and leaving me alone!!DH just called and he is trying to find me a Coach purse in Chinatown....it's the least he could do for leaving me alone with the dog, right!!?? Thank you all for the advice and support you have given about my dog situation. isabel - how spontaneous to go to Vegas!!! I hope you have fun and win some money!!! pags - I am happy that all 5 fertilized! You give me hope. All week my RE has only seen about 8-10 follies and that has got me worried about how many eggs they will be able to retrieve and fertilize. Good luck, hope you get some good grade blastocysts!! Retrievals and Transfers are in sight (or past) for many of us, good luck to all of you!!!
