I haven't been given my protocol yet, is that unusual? When I talked to the nurse, she told me to call her on first day of AF and they would put me on BCP. I had to go today to get another blood draw for my thyroid - it came back at 4.5 the first time. My RE wanted it re-checked because the want it below 3.5 before treatment.
This will be my first cycle......This is all new to me!! Jenny

Low iron and low lying placenta. 11/13 - u/s...still low lying placenta. Everything looks good. Need to watch babies abdomen. Still a girl. Scheduled for c-section on Dec. 21st @ 8 am.  ****Thank you God*********

malloned10, I had my thyroid checked last month and it was 1.25! I was ecstatic to say the least.(I have hypothyroid and it hovers around 8 without my meds) My doc also wanted it below 3.5. I hope it hasnt increased by all this anxiety and obsessing this past month.
 Also, did you know, it goes up a bit just before AF..

Well I just got my BFN from this cycle
It looks like I'll be joining all of you in the April group. I don't do BCP or Lupron so I just start stims after AF at the end of March. I'm looking forward to cycling with all of you. This looks like a great bunch. I heard that there are more BFPs in the Springtime than any other season. Let's hope that's true. Hi CathyH..I remember you from the Feb. group..I'm glad I'll be cycling with you in April..

Would you be following the same protocol as last time? Did your RE give you a reason for the BFP you just had?

Hope you ladies are doing well sticking to eating well and exercising. I unfortunately have been to the gym once this week. My sciatic started hurting after the gym on Monday. I think riding the bike for so long aggravated it. The nerve flares up every so often, and it causes me such discomfort that I have trouble sleeping. If its not one thing, it's another. Thanks for listening to me whine.

Amy2244. Jana, I have been doing well at exercising but my diet is still a little shaky. I was trying to lose 10 lbs before my cycle began but that doesn't appear to be happening. Well my RE has recommended I have a sonohystogram also (MissBish, I think you had one or are having one). He wants to make sure that I am clear before proceeding with the IVF so that is my next step. I also have to do blood work to make sure that I have "rubella" antibodies. I picked up my BCP yesterday. I am frustrated - is still not here. This is the latest she has ever been.How is everyone else doing?

Amy2244!!!! Sorry about your .....but I am convinced we will all get 's this time around!!!! I also do not do BCP's or Lupron. So I start stims after my April . Hopeful07 - I am glad to hear they are doing that test before your 1st IVF. They need to make sure everything is in check before you proceed. It was relatively painless. A few cramps when they put the saline solution in.

Well, I had my RE consult yesterday. I learned some very interesting things about myself... he was going back and forth between removing some scar tissue and then doing another IVF or just going for IVF agian now. We opted not to do the scar tissue removal but if it doesn't work this time we might have to. So, I have added to the list! It sure feels nice to actually be DOING SOMETHING for this whole process!
