I really wish I had embie pics! They showed me the embies through the microscope, but since I wear glasses and wasn't about to adjust the massive telescope, all I saw were two blobs!

I am still reading through all of the posts I missed over the last couple of days. I am sorry if I have not responded to some yet. My body has been so sore and tired since ER. I have been napping for hours in the afternoon and sleeping in. It's a good thing I took off work. I want to wish everyone good luck. We are doing so well so far as an April group. I do want to respond to a few messages that i have read:

Isabella, thanks. It still does hurt to breathe, cough, laugh, sneeze, pee, etc.--just like you had said. I think they were worried about OHSS b/c I had so many follicles. I am still drinking lots of gatorade and water and drinking 80g of whey protein/day. DH did the PIO injections with the 22g needle and it's fine so I think I am just going to stick with that size. I don't feel like running out and getting more needles at this point. DH has a hard enough time getting the PIO in the 22g syringe. How are you doing? Do you feel like time is passing by slowly or quickly? I feel like this week flew by.

Ladybug, sorry about your OHSS! That sucks. They were afraid I was going to get it so they gave me an injection of something into my IVF that's supposed to help decrease the chances of OHSS. Besides the gatorade and water my clinic said to drink 80g of whey protein/day, so that's what I've been doing since ER and it's helped. If you have not tried it it may help you.

Irena, congrats that your Beta #'s keep rising!!!

Gracie, I hope and pray that your bleeding has nothing to do w/your pregnancy. Your #'s have been increasing at a nice pace, and i pray that they continue to increase. I will only be thinking positive thoughts!!!!

Cathy, good luck at ER today. Can't wait to hear how it went.

Holly, congrats on the HPT YEH!!!!!!!!

Ava, congrats on the 2 embabies. Glad the ET went well. Rest up and let those embabies nestle in.

Rana, thanks for the advice on the PIO injections. i will try heating up the needle with a warm towel as you suggested, and then heating afterwards. DH does a good job giving me the injection, but I can feel the liquid going in. I get very stiff and sore right afterwards. I am going to stick with the 22 g syringe. How are you feeling? I hope your ET goes well today. Keep us posted!!!

LadyR, I am glad that you got your 1st positive HPT. Sounds like a good sign that your beta #s will increase tomorrow. I'll be praying.

Pags, don't give up yet. Your Beta could surprise you. Sending you lots of positive energy.

Hopeful07, congrats again on the BFP. I can't wait to see the pics of my embabies. Since our RE's are alike I hope that our results are alike too. And January 3rd is a great due date--it's my birthday.

Traci, thanks for letting me know the ET is nothing to worry about. That makes me feel better. I wasn't sure what to expect. I actually thought the mock trial txfr was pretty simple, so hopefully it will be the same tomorrow. I think I am just in shock that it's actually happening tomorrow. I am overjoyed and anxious all at the same time. I feel like crying (happy tears). I am feeling really good about this. How are you doing?

Rachhorch, wait a little longer to POAS. Wednesday is not far away...I know it's hard to do, but you can do it!!! I can't wait to hear your good news on Wed. or Thurs.

Amy, good luck at your beta today.

Nolla, I hope you are feeling good!!!

Mitziesmom2007, I think taking the beta a day early is fine. Happy 1 year anniversary. I hope you have a relaxing trip. Going anywhere exciting? Don't worry about the neg. HPT--it's the beta that counts.

To anyone I missed, I apologize. We just have such a big group it's hard to keep up with everybody. I wish everyone good luck on ER, ET and Beta's this week (as well as stims and triggers). Can't wait to hear more good news. I can't believe I go in for ET tomorrow. It's amazing to me that an embaby will be nestled inside tomorrow afternoon. Wow! Those who went through ET did you have to drink water beforehand. RE wants me to have a full bladder so I am trying to test how much I can drink and then wait for 1 1/2 hours without being extremely uncomfortable. I drank 36 oz. this morning and that was way too much. i am going to test with 24 oz. after my nap. Apparently a full bladder makes ET easier--and whatever I can do to make it easer I will.

Hi Carrie! I think the OHSS type of symptoms will subside in about a week or so (yes, it took at least that long for it to go away for me).... The 2ww hasn't been that bad because my MIL was with me the whole time, waiting on me hand and foot, but she left yesterday And it's weird, because now that she's gone and I'm alone at home today, my mind is wandering! I go back to work tomorrow, and my job is pretty intense (they have multiple extractions, a root canal and a few crown scheduled for me tomorrow alone...yikes!), so I will probably not even have a chance to sit and be pensive about what is going to happen with my beta.

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR ET TOMORROW!!!! It's an easy procedure, but yes, make sure to drink plenty of water. On my IVF1, apparently I did not drink enough and they were upset with me (I just didn't want to feel so uncomfortable). It was a lot more difficult for them to stick the catheter in with my embabies. This time around, I completely filled up and just took the discomfort like a champ. It went a lot more smoothly, and they gave me props for being such a compliant patient!! YAY! Don't worry, you can pee afterward
