ME --- PCOS DH----LOW COUNT 1st IVF/ICSI cycle started BCP on FEB10th started Lupron on Feb 23rd started follistim on Mar 3rd 1st IVF/ICSI cycle cancelled due to high E2 presently on BCP-----hoping to start next cycle soon AF arrived on 26th April . 2nd IVF/ICSI cycle NO BCP NO LUPRON Started follistim on April 28 Started ganerelix on May 3rd HCG SHOT ON 8th MAY ER ON 10th MAY ET ON 13th MAY P4 check on 17th May Beta HCG on 24th May RESULT---  AF on 27 th may  Next appointment on 11th June 3 blastocysts remaining could not use them  Would Be attempting next cycle in april

 Tweedy23. Feel free to let us know your schedule so we can update you on the "growing" April bunnies list.Prayingforbabies - is the Lupron the reason I am not sleeping? I have been trying to figure this out now and I have had some rough nights. I was just chalking it up to the anticipation of the upcoming events. Wow ladies - tomorrow we have 1 week until April and our 1st lady for ER.

Hopeful-I really think it is. I don't have any scientific evidence, but I had a friend that was on HEAVY doses of Lupron to control her endo. before her last IVF cycle and one of the side effects she experienced was sleeplessness. So, I figuere low doses probably have a similar effect.
I have a really bad headache right now too. Can't decide if it's lack of sleep or the Lupron as well. I'm on day 7 of Lupron. Just 4 more to go hopefully. I'm feeling yucky today.

Hi, ladies! I will more than likely be doing IVF in April (the end of April, actually).
I am on CD 15 right now and have taken 100 mg of clomid in prep for my third IUI. Unfortunatly my follicles are not mature, so the IUI is scrapped this month. We're supposed to do timed intercourse, but we have low sperm count/low volume and unexplained fertility on my part. Not really hopeful, so I am betting on IVF!

Hi ladies. I had THE appointment today, and I now know all of my tentative dates. Here we go...
3/22- 3/26- start BCPs 4/11- begin Lupron injections 4/15- last BCP 4/21- start stims: 2 vials of Repronex every a.m. 450 iu's of Gonal F each p.m. 4/30-5/4- possible ER, most likely on 5/2 5/5-5/7- ET 5/19- pregnancy test  I am praying for all of us to be blessed with the desires of our hearts...beautiful, healthy babies!!

u guys should have seen the show i just put on....i just gave my first folistim injection....and well i drew back the plunger t 225 then i just stared at it for bout 5 mins then paniced all the sudden i couldnt inject myself... i put the cap on...then opened all the windows n my house...then yelled at my son to lower his video games ... then yelled at dh to stop pacing in the bedroom .... then i marched out and went into my ds bedroom and took a deep breath in ....boom... i was dne with my mental patient breakdown ....lol... if my coworkers saw me they would die!!! lol

ivf cycle in april-may
This is our first ivf cycle. I start bcp tomorrow 3/25 and will start other meds in mid april. We are scheduled for an er and pesa the week of may 5th so i guess i'm in both months. I'm really happy to find this support!

it took me a long time to inject my first follistim shot too. I had my tummy fat pinched & stared at it for about 10 minutes(I couldn't bring myself to do it) and ended up with a crick in my neck, my hands were shaking. I took a "breather" then went back and stuck it right in. Now, I inject myself without thinking twice about it. It does get easier thats for sure.
Doesn't it feel great after you finally do it? A big release of stress! Congrats! The tough part is over!
