 just remember to brush and floss!hopeful-- if you can't dream about IVF island, just day dream....aaahhhh....i'm there right now.... cathy-- i am SO sorry about your doggie  hope2755- that seems REALLY high! after only 3 days? my level was around 100 after 4 days... i am sure the docs will adjust your meds accordingly. littleladysky--congrats on your follies and your THICK lining! mine had only reached about 9mm by the time of ER!! YAY!!! APRIL!!! HERE WE COME!! SOOOO CLOSE NOW.....

Isabel Amina me- 31, anovulation (mild PCOS) dh- 31, "supersperm"   - 3, Sam Adams (Rhodesian Ridgeback)Treatment history Several rounds of clomid and gonadotropins/IUI for the past 2 and half years (TTC since 10/05) IVF #1 2/1- begin stims 2/10- trigger 2/12- ER- 11 eggs--100%fertilization 2/17- ET- 2 "perfect" day-5 blasts, 4 blasts frozen 2/27- BFN... the end of this road... FET 3/18- start Lupron 3/29- finally got AF 3/31- add Estrace 4/17- stop Lupron and add progesterone (PIO) and Lovenox 4/22- FET!!!!!!! (continue Estrace, PIO and Lovenox until beta) Only 2 thawed successfully, so transferred both blasts. 5/4- BFN... taking a break for a while...

 .Isabel - I will keep daydreaming !LittleLadySky - 17 mm seems really thick but glad to hear that follicles are developing. Julia - sorry about the E2 levels. I don't know quite how that works. Okay ladies - need another questioned answered. Does anyone know what Repronex does? Is it another FSH? I am concerned that my dosage my RE gave me for the Follistim is low however, he is making me take 1 vial of Repronex (1 ml ?). Thanks.

Low iron and low lying placenta. 10/30 Things look great. Blood draw to check on iron. 11/13 - u/s...still low lying placenta. Everything looks good. Need to watch babies abdomen. Still a girl. 12/1 - next appt.  ****Thank you God*********

I'm in for April. I have started the Lupron and am going to Barbados on April 1st for IVF with ICSI!!!

Prayingforbabies-- Since I know we started Lupron together (or a day apart), have you gotten AF? I'm on day 9 of lupron, and i'm supposed to go in tomorrow for US/BW, but I have not gotten AF yet!! argh! I *think* I need to have AF before the Us/bw, because obviously, the results will be different (lining will be thinner and hormone levels will be lower after she arrives). What's your update?

I know I"m not prayingfor babes, but I have actually heard or read somewhere (probably here) that you may not get AF while on LUPRON if your lining was already previously thinned out from being on BCP etc. I don't think it's a deal breaker. If you have no lining to shed, you won't get AF. I'll ask my nurse today at my injection training and see what she says.

hurt myself I need sympathy
OH I think I broke my nose today. I had to clean out the car the dog had an accident before taking her into the vets. I pulled the lever to move the seat ahead and wham I hit my nose on the seat belt thing on the seat. bruise on my nose and my DH a little black eye started.

Traci--thanks for the reply!! I guess the body does strange things! i was just worried because I hear that normally, girls will get AF on day 6 or 7 of lupron and i'm already on day 9... we'll see....

IVF/TESA- March-April 2008 ER-4/11/2008- 12 eggs, 11 fertilised, froze 6 embies ET-4/14/2008- 3 embies with AH (2 - 8cells GradeA, 1 - 7cell GradeB) HPT- 9dp3dt- Negative HPT-11dp3dt- Positive!! Beta#1-4/29/2008- 423 (15dp3dt) BFP!!! Beta#2-5/2/2008- 2155 (18p3dt) First u/s 5/6/08- TRIPLETS!!! Third u/s 5/27/08- Down to TWINS (8 weeks 3 days) Heavy bleeding with clots for 4 days in week 9 and a whole month of spotting! But both the babies are fine!! Heavy bleeding with clots again in week 15 My babies arrived in the 30th week(on 10/21/08) and are on the ventilator in the NICU

I started Lupron March 16 and am starting Mennopur on March 29. Expected ER April 8-10 somewhere and planning to do a blast transfer.

I want to be on the fertility Island too!! I like the way you ladies think.
My best friend had her 1st and only IVF with four embroys transfered at the age of 42 and now she is 5 months pregnenet with a healthy boy...she gives me hope!!!
