Now DH needs surgery
OH my God is this day over with yet
DH just got home from seeing a ear nose and throat specialist. He has a deviated septum way off to one side and really big tonsils. He has to go for a sleep study on april 1st and the doctor is going to fight the insurance for him to have surgery. Right now they won't cover it. Cathy

 TTC 13 years Live in Maine with 1 dog, 2 cats  and a bird 1 brand new puppy chocolate lab Riley 1 furbaby in doggie heaven First IVF FEB 2008 2/9 ET 3 transferred 1 @ 5 Cell grade 3 , 4 Cells grade 3 and 1 @ 4 cells grade 2 AF started on Feb 19th. 2/28/08 started DHEA 75 mg FSH lowered!!!! in only 2 months of taking dhea May 2 ET 3dt all grade 3 (1) 5 cell and (2) 4 cell 5/11/08 spotting BETA 5/13/08 11dp3dt 68  BETA 5/16/08 14dp3dt 157 p4 30.1 BETA 5/20/08 18dp3dt 394 p4 27.4 BETA 5/22/08 20dp3dt 733 p4 37.5 BETA 5/28/08 26dp3dt 8489 1st U/S May 27th 5 week gestational sac (should be 6 wks) 2nd U/S June 5th saw one little bean with hb of 119-122 3rd U/S June 19th meauring 8 weeks 5 days hb 138 U/S July 17th 13 weeks hb 158 u/s October 8 everything is on schedule C-Section scheduled for January 15, 2009 It's a BOY!

rachorch - I had my injection training today too. I took alot of notes then when I got home I rewrote them. It is alot to remember but I use to be a lab rat so it's just like old (fun) times again, except with syringes instead of pipettes! I haven't heard of the Scott Protocol - I'll have to google it.
Cathy - so sorry you are having a crummy day but bad things happen in 3's so you are done with all the bad things that will happen now

Cathy- your approach will work..hehe. Try a hot bath.
Tracilynn-I took notes too. I just hope they are good enough. I know the scott protocol is for poor responders. I couldn't find anything else on it.

Rachhorch - you will be on the FLARE protocol and it is the most potent protocol. It must have been named after Scott, an MD b/c his name kept coming up when I did a search for Flare protocols. Also called microdose Lupron FLare protocol. Here are some links:
