That's the sort of thing that I have terrible nightmares about. Obviously, she isn't even considering reducing. My clinic requires you to sign a document saying whether or not you would consider reducing if you got high multiples. I think that take that into account when saying how many embys they'll allow you to transfer.

Hi there, I am a "newbie" who just joined the forum.

I am scheduled for bloodwork tomorrow AM to see if my FSH is still high. It was 23 last time and I've been on birth control for the past month.

My Dr. wants my level to be below 15 otherwise she will not proceed. Anyone else have this happen?

I will be 37, April 10.

Thanks

yeah, they can give provera which forces AF to come. Unfortunately, you have to do a full 10 days of it, then you get AF about 3 or 4 days later. So in total, two weeks. The RE told me I'm better off waiting for AF to arrive since she will probably get here within that time frame

Monkey!! hee hee...i like that name ... An FSH of 23 is certainly high, but that never happened to me so I'm not sure what the rational is for waiting... Let us know, and welcome to the board!

Hopeful07: I'm so excited to begin. We left the office today to hand in our check and let me tell you, that could've been a car. LOL!! In the end it will be worth it. Have you been giving your own injections yourself? I'm pretty scared. I know it's a piece a cake when your administering to someone else but to your own self , now that's a challenge.

To all other ladies: Who does the injections? You or DH?

I'm doing all the subcutaneous shots myself, but plan on DH doing the intramuscular ones. He's quite concerned and anxious about them. I may end up doing the IM ones myself if he freaks out. *yikes*
