TTC #1 since 7/05 Me - 39, endo, FSH 11.6, DH - 38, normal 7/15/06: chemical pregnancy 4 IUIs - BFN Lap- 12/13/07, stage 3 endo 4/3/08: new RE 4/30: Orientation 5/5: Start Gonal-F & Menopur 5/6: Start AP 2/week, FSH 11.6 5/18: ER-10 eggs, 7 fertilized 5/23: ET - 1 5AA and 1 4AB, none to freeze 5/30: 7dp5dt: 6/02: Beta: 252! 6/05: 2nd Beta: 926 6/09: 3rd Beta: 3241 6/12: 4th Beta: 7600 6/16: 5th Beta: 20,060 6/18: 1st u/s: too small and HB only 86 6/24: 2nd u/s: still too small and HB only 78 7/1: 8w3d, 3rd u/s: no heartbeat 7/3: D & C 7/21: genetic results show extra chromosome 16 (trisomy), beta still at 700 8/7: beta still at 73 8/21: another beta What's next? Anyone got $10,000 they want to give me?

 Our Team: me: 40 with unexplained infertility dp (dear partner): 46 ttc 2 years donors (yes, 2) - both fabulous 4/06 - very 1st IUI - BFP ; m/c and d&c at 8 wks 10/06 - 3rd IUI - BFP - but chemical and lost at 5+ weeks 6 more IUIs - BFN all 8/07 Surgery to remove ovarian cyst 10/07 1st IVF - BFP; ectopic - d&c and methotrexate 3/08 IVF with donated eggs 3/31 - ! beta 95; 4/2 - beta 267 ; 4/7 - beta 2073!!!4/8 - early u/s - a perfect little dot in its perfect little spot! 4/15 - bleeding scare, but saw the bean measuring perfectly and beating its wee heart! 5/2 - u/s - all's well and hb at 175 7/9 - anatomy scan - all's fabulous!

 Me: 35 MTHFR hetero, no other issues DH: 33 Perfect Etienne , Jake , Sam (cats) Maggie (iguana)TTC #1: 2 yrs 2 m/c (Aug '06 and Jan '07) IUI#1 6/07-100mg clomid, ectopic pregnancy. Lost left tube IUI#2 10/07-unmedicated due to cyst on left, BFN IUI#3: 11/07-100mg clomid, chemical pregnancy IUI#4: 1/08-100mg clomid, BFN IUI#5: 3/08-Follistim/Menopur/Lupron, BFN 5/27: beta #1: 716!!!! (17dpo) Natural cycle!5/29: beta #2: 1885!!!! 6/1: early u/s-1 sac/yolk 6/9: u/s#2-saw and heard hb! 114 bpm. Measuring 6w2d 6/17: u/s #3- hb 154 bpm. Measuring 7w3d 7/1: u/s #4- hb 161 bpm. Start PIO shots. 05/31/08 - Found out we have 3 fertilized embabies! 06/01/08 - ET - Transferred 2 embabies, a 2- and 3 (on a scale of 1 being best, 3 being worst) 06/15/08 - Scheduled Beta

Repronex and pure HCG for four days after trigger to treat Luteal phase defect 4/5/ IUI#5; negative 5/28; CD1; This cycle is 6th and final IUI 6/8; 6th IUI; negative IVF#!
